Good service
Good service, but they call too much on reminder calls after I already mentioned I’d go the same day. COVID should be taken seriously, y’all were not wearing a mask when I went in or bothered to put it on. I felt uncomfortable.

delayed funds
The ladies at the store on 288 in Denton, Tx were great! However, they did not have cash on Monday August 12th which they normally do. Because of that I received a check that I went to deposit and because of the bank the check was from apparently there was a high possibility of it getting returned; therefore, they ended up putting a hold on the funds till Wednesday the 21st, a week and a half later. I went back to the store to see if they could cancel the check and I’d come back when they have cash but they couldn’t. I got a payday loan because I needed money quickly. I am now having to hide my car because of fear of repossession. I know you have no control over my banks policies, but I believe that first, you should have protocols in place in case things like this happen; and second, have a local bank that the checks you print out are from so we could go directly there to cash without problem.
