Store pick up option experience
I chose to pick up my loan in the store here in my city Bakersfield, CA at 3811 Ming Ave. When I walked in the door was locked and after granted entry, I was greeted by an older lady followed by a younger on offering to assist me. She was so rude and clearly having a bad day. I tried lightning the mood but this girl from start to finish was awful. She really needs to be retrained on customer service. She demanded my social after I offered my loan agreement number, she then demanded my ID which is fine and protocol however her attitude was unacceptable. She didn't say thanks bye or anything this was the worst customer service I had in a while!!! I'm giving two stars because the lady that greeted me right away, I wish I had gone to her for assistance.

These girls really know what they are doing --
-- because they are fast at doing this job and let's not forget how friendly they be and helpful with any ?? You need help with, very observant, I came in to pay my loan and it was over 100 degrees outside and one of the lady's seen me come in and right away she said we have bottle water you look like you could really use some, my personal thank you to her, b.c.b.

I'm a Retired Veteran and I've had more than one Emergency in my Life and I can always count on Advance America to be there for me. I've dealt with other Payday Loan Co's. prior to me using Advance Amercia and none of them come close to the Professionalism and reliability that Advance America has. I don't deal with anyone else, because Advance America can be handled fully online after your signup and approval and funds can be deposited directly into your account or can be picked up at one of their many offices. Give them a try and you won't be disaapointed with an unprofessional payday loan company. You'll know the Best.
