I referred someone for a installment loan and they got it. But when I first took the person in there I asked them about the referral and they proceeded with putting the person information in and say I would get just keep checking my email and look for the gift card I'm email
2 weeks went by never received it so I gave them a call about it again and when they look up the account they going to tell me they were sorry the girl that did that gave me the wrong information and I could refer somebody else and I would get it. I feel they were wrong and I should have received my referral it was they mistake. I told them I would never refer anyone else!!!! You should have fixed the problem. Unprofessional.
