AMAZING customer service, had my parcel sent back to them because I couldn’t get it in time, they were very understanding and responded very fast, and they got my package sent again, very satisfied with my purchase as well, definitely recommend

I've ordered from Adultshopit many times, products are exactly as described on the website and arrive discreetly packaged 📦 I've always been happy with my purchases.

All arrived as described lovelly branded products, very happy i will shop again. Thank you.

I ordered the Lovetoy Imperial Stout Masturbator from Adult Shop It and I contacted their customer service for tracking details and a lady called Julie was really helpful and polite. My order arrived this morning very discrete packaging and looks really good I can’t wait to try my new toy out later. Thank you Adult Shop It I’ll definitely be back again soon!! 5 star review ❤️

Rachel was so helpful and informed me every step of the way. She should get a pay rise.

The product I got was nothing like the pictures on the site, it was basically unusable. The shop doesn't allow returns if the product has been opened/used either so I'm left feeling robbed.

Use a different site, avoid this one.

Adultshopit is a great online store, a great catalogue to choose from. When i was placing my order, and me being the fool, I put in the wrong address. I emailed customer support and Rachel and Julie were really helpful in sorting out my silly mistake. Thank you to them! I have no complaints. I swift delivery and great customer support all round!

Very kind and understanding! I reached out to try to collaborate to help with exposure and to help build my blog as well and they were very communicative and kind about it. I have experience leaving reviews on adult sites and not my own. So I appreciated that they took their time to get back to me and check out my blog despite me being newer to the blog scene.

Most excellent
A spectacular Christmas gift for Circe and lord pole to use for heavy Christmas impact on jellyshell 1 unit.

I was delighted to find a good selection of products made from silicone, which other UK sites do not sell. This is by far the best material for someone with skin sensitivity. Research advised that many plastics can harness unwanted bacteria, however well cleaned. I have also found cheaper products have reacted with my skin in the past. I ordered three items ending up returning one. Returns was easy to do and the online support staff were quick and helpful with their replies. I shall definitely be using this company again.

We are both happy with the Service thanks

I have used the Adultshopit website on a couple of occasions now and have never had any difficulties. My items have arrived discreetly packaged and within the estimated time frame, so I will use this company again.
