ADT Anmeldelser 2

Not very impressed with ADT. I have called them twice once before Christmas and now today - I give the agreement number etc and get told I cannot help you but our Commercial department can and I will ask them to call you. I am still waiting for that call and no one has had the courtesy to call me back. This is really disappointing particularly when it is to add equipment to the existing alarm so basically giving you more business but no one at ADT can be bothered to follow this up.

Avoid this security alarm company at all cost. ADT IRELAND / UK have completely forgotten that they still have customers in Ireland. Zero customer service. Impossible to get an answer on when an engineer will call out to fix a fault in the alarm system. They told me they would log my fault issue as priority. That was over a week ago. Still waiting on an update from them. If this is how they react to a priority call I dread how long you would have to wait for a regular query. Most frustrating company you will EVER deal with.
