Deleted order from website. I had to keep following up on out of stock orders even though website said they were available. Owed me products I never received. I wrote a text in what’s app and was ghosted. Previously they responded on WhatsApp but not now after asking for the products owed me.

J’ai commandé plusieurs fois chez ce vendeur et commande assez régulièrement auprès d’eux.

J’ai systématiquement rencontré des problèmes de livraison lors de mes commandes. A plusieurs reprises elles sont arrivées avec du retard, néanmoins lors de ma dernière commande, mon colis n’est jamais arrivé. La commande a été réexpédiée, elle n’est jamais arrivée non plus.

J’ai donc fait une réclamation auprès du service client, qui m’a tout simplement ghosté.

Je ne recommande absolument pas, certes les produits sont qualitatifs, néanmoins de bons produits ne valent strictement rien sans un bon traitement de ses clients, réguliers qui plus est.

Der Kundenservice war während des gesamten Bestell- und Bezahlvorgangs sehr freundlich, geduldig und hilfsbereit. Bei Fragen wurde mir alles verständlich erklärt, und man ist mir mehrfach entgegengekommen, damit die Bestellung und die Zahlung problemlos durchgeführt werden konnten.
Besonders bedanken möchte ich mich für die schnelle Kommunikation und die persönliche Unterstützung. Ich hatte jederzeit das Gefühl, dass man meine Fragen ernst nimmt und wirklich versucht, eine gute Lösung für den Kunden zu finden.

All arrived well. Although waiting 2 weeks for the product and having issues with communication.
I sent the order at 08/07. It was a pre-order.
I actually thought that I would never receive the product, but they send it at 15/07 and it arrived at 22/07.
I aprecciated the fact that they communicated with the entire process and that made me more calm.

I would do Business again. However the delivery needs to improve, and please out the actual waiting dates.

Good product still.

Product is great and delivery was fast! Also to mention I got more than I ordered so very pleasant experience.

Everything was self-explanatory; I was referred by a friend, knew what I needed, and followed simple steps on their website.
And when my package arrived, I was confused by some things, but the incredible speed of the Adria guys resolved it in no time on WhatsApp

I ordered from Adria, and my package was shipped on June 1. Unfortunately, it didn't arrive on time. The shipment was heavily delayed, got lost, and somehow even ended up in Fiji. It was a frustrating roller coaster, and at one point I even requested a cancellation or refund.

Thankfully, Joey from customer service stepped in and quickly arranged a replacement shipment. By the time they reshipped my order, some of the items I originally ordered were no longer available. However, they informed me about the situation, apologized, and even included a thoughtful apology gift, which I really appreciated.

On July 3 today, I finally received my order.just two days before leaving for my one-month vacation. The timing couldn't have been better.

I'm giving 3 stars because of the shipping delays, but 5 stars for the excellent customer service. Joey handled the situation professionally, kept me informed, and made sure I eventually received my order.

Suggestion: For orders over €150, I think Adria should consider using a faster and more reliable courier service to help avoid delays like this in the future.
