Chris the very best travel agent I have ever had the pleasure to work with!!
This is the third year of using Chris for my annual trip to Dubai, I had to amend dates due to a new arrival in the family, there were no charges, no issues and nothing but excellent and helpful customer service!
I could not recommend this man enough, book with Chris and know that you will have the best value for money, hotel and flights possible and it’s all done quickly with super efficiently with no pressure. Thanks Chris, I look forward to booking for the fourth year.

The booking process was super smooth and efficient with Ellie who has now left the business. The price was the most competitive which is why I booked with adored holidays.

Where things took a turn was when I landed in Dubai and was in the transfer, I received a text from a WhatsApp associated with adored holidays saying that ‘due to an issue with the supplier, only 3 nights were confirmed at the hotel. We will arrange the remaining nights for you’.

Having paid the balance in full for 4 adults and 1 child in July, to be told this upon landing was really quite worrying. I had my suspicions when I tried to contact the hotel before we flew to notify them of my sons allergies but they said they had no booking for is. Then I contacted Ellie who said she would sort and had notified them of the allergies, which she hadn’t as the hotel were not aware when we arrived.

I called adored and they said someone should be in touch by the Friday. I did not hear anything and had to call back and be firm with the company as I was sat at the pool not knowing if I’d have to check out in the morning with my two year old. I finally heard that the room had been extended, however I could not enjoy my holiday. I was messaging them at 3am Dubai time as I couldn’t sleep thinking we would we have to find alternative arrangements. It was mentioned that the supplier adored used had gone bust in the UK but didn’t make sense as why would the book only part of the trip?

Also the room we specified was a palm view but when we arrived it was not so the booking did not reflect what we paid for. The room was upgraded which was nice however the view we wanted was of the pool And the palm.

As competitive as the pricing was I don’t think I could use or recommend adored again as I just couldn’t have peace of mind based on this experience. A holiday is supposed to be relaxing, I spent the first 3 days of my trip worrying.

I’ve been booking with Rosie for the last 2 years for our trips to Dubai, and I honestly couldn’t ask for a better travel agent. She’s gone above and beyond every single time to make sure we got exactly what we wanted, and even took time out of her own work schedule to help us when needed.

Her professionalism, care, and attention to detail are second to none – nothing is ever too much trouble. Thanks to Rosie, both trips were absolutely seamless and stress-free.

I won’t go anywhere else as long as Rosie is around – she’s simply the best in the business. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-quality service!

We booked our holiday to Dubai through Chris at Adored Holidays. Chris was fantastic throughout. Helpful knowledgable and efficient. The holiday was fantastic and everything we had hoped for. We have booked several times now with Chris and wont hesitate to do the same in the future

I would give this company zero stars if possible. Paid for transfers as booked a package holiday with a baby, no transfer turned up. Wasted 2hours at the airport. Chased whilst on holiday, no response! Came back and contacted the company and the ‘senior sales consultant’ said it is not a lot for the transfer. Rude, disgraceful and unprofessional. Avoid company at all costs! Once payment has been taken, the attitude completely changes.

We booked our holiday Chris once again and everything was so smooth the transfers flights for both destinations were all booked hotels we stayed at were also lovely.
We had an amazing time! Thank you Chris.

This is now my third holiday arranged by Chris this year, and once again he’s been absolutely amazing. He’s always informative, helpful, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. What I really appreciate is that Chris always puts my best interests first, not just what benefits his business.

We booked our holiday to Dubai through Chris at Adored Holidays. From start to finish Chris was absolutely brilliant, so helpful and knowledgable and nothing was too much trouble. Everything was perfect flight, hotel & transfers. Chris answered my emails swiftly and also rang me with updated information etc, fantastic customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again with Chris, thank you so much, we had a wonderful holiday!

Our 5th holiday booked with Adored supported from Chris! (Who is an absolute legend!). This time a week in Abu Dhabi, and taking my mum with us. Chris was brilliant at getting rooms next to each other and a bigger car for transfers. Chris takes the time to really listen to what we are after and works within our budget. Another 10/10 for Adored Holidays booking from us!

This was our second experience booking with Adored Holidays, managed by the fantastic Chris Shah, and I couldn't be happier. From start to finish, Chris went above and beyond to ensure we got the best deal, searching for the perfect flights and resorts. He checked in with us before, during, and after our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly and exceeded our expectations.

His service truly is second to none—he even picked up during his non-working hours and responded promptly the next day. We honestly wouldn't consider booking with anyone else.

Once again, we had an amazing holiday, all thanks to Chris's dedication. We're already looking forward to booking next year's trip!

Another fab holiday booked by Chris, who thinks of everything.

Booked a 2 centre holiday a year in advance in Dubai with 2 hotels being The Ritz Carlton snd Atlantis The Royal. After paying the full balance a few months ago, I received an email from The Ritz cancelling my reservation about 2 months before departure. I called Adored and asked what is happening. After many phone calls to Adored who had not given me the confirmation and assurances I needed, I rang the hotel in Dubai and after a day the booking was then again confirmed.

Upon arriving at Atlantis The Royal on 23 August with bank holiday weekend coming up in the UK with confirmation in hand for seven nights half board, the check in agent told me we were only booked in for 3 nights and the other 4 were cancelled by Adored.

The agent here at the hotel rang Adored in front of me and asked what is going on.

I too emailed Adored, no one bothered to come back to me so I had to ring and was told everything will be OK. I was told it was an agent in Dubai who Adored use who cancelled the booking and they assured me it would be rectified. 4 hours passed and after numerous phone calls from myself and the check in agent at the hotel it was sorted.

The agent at Adored got quite short with me assuring me it would be sorted after about my 4th call to them, but what he failed to understand was that I was in Dubai bank holiday looming and half my hotel stay cancelled. There was no urgency from Adored.

So basically I had 2 hotels cancelled with this company. I was told The Atlantis Royal had been cancelled on the day we left the UK on 14 August.

Small piece of advice anyone thinking of booking with this company is dont.

If you are quite happy to have hotel bookings cancelled and to make phone calls from abroad go ahead, go with a proper agent not a mickey mouse one this lot are.

Terrible terrible inefficient company who do not care about their customers.
