Adobe Rent a Car Anmeldelser 

I have rented from several companies in CR and had few good experiences and some bad ones. First time with Adobe and I was impressed from beginning to end. Communication was easy, not sticker shock (common in CR). The car was excellent (clean, reliable and more than what I expected). Check in and check out were smooth with no surprises.
Had one hick-up with the wifi, but that was settled quickly without any squabbles.
Will certainly come back to them.

Rented a 4x4 in Costa Rica. Slightly older car but clean. Customer experiences on both vehicle collection and drop off were stress free. They found us a black tarpaulin when I complained at the lack of luggage cover in the boot/trunk. Would rent from them again.

We went to Costa Rica on July 19th. We flew in to Liberia airport and were picked up promptly. This was our first time renting from a local company. We rented a midsize vehicle. The vehicle in itself was older. Which I guess was ok. We recorded a video of the car while viewing it with the agent for any prior damage. Thank God we did. When we returned the vehicle the agent said there was dent on the hood. We told them it was already there prior to our rental. You could tell the two agents knew about the damage. After almost a 15 minute of back and forth conversations we remembered that we had recorded a video. My husband pulled it up on his phone and showed it to the agents. The agents then didn't say a thing. Please beware before renting from this company.

Adobe Car rental was amazing! There’s no hidden fees or insurance. They were very nice, didn’t try to get me to upgrade, and even offered helpful suggestions for navigating (use Waze). The car was perfect and we zero issues. My son left his iPad in the backseat pocket and they mailed it me! I couldn’t believe it. I am so impressed with this car company. I wish they were in other countries too!

This company is one of the only fully honest Car rental agencies in CR. They actually tell you what you are going to pay and stick with that price. Beware hidden charges almost everywhere else. They are a genuinely kind and friendly Costa Rican Company that is the only way to go. And the service is very personal and very prompt. Email questions about anything, including billing and you will get a prompt and accurate answer. Great people, fair transparent pricing.... Thanks Adobe!

Realmente disfruté alquilando un coche con Adobe. Fueron excelentes para comunicarse antes, durante y después del viaje. Respondieron a todas mis preguntas y el proceso fue sencillo. Teníamos un servicio de transporte esperándonos en el aeropuerto cuando llegamos y nos llevó a la oficina. Terminamos la transacción allí, compramos protección adicional, pasamos por la inspección y un recorrido del automóvil. El caballero que nos recogió en el aeropuerto también fue muy servicial al darnos recomendaciones de lugares para comer y el caballero que conducía el transporte también fue excelente antes y después de nuestro alquiler. Incluso nos llevó a nuestro hotel después de que dejamos el coche. El caballero que nos ayudó cuando llegamos, Joel, fue tan encantador y servicial, y también se llevó muy bien con mi suegro. El automóvil que habíamos elegido originalmente no estaba disponible, por lo que obtuvimos una actualización a un automóvil más grande que era el Hyundai Tucson. Fue perfecto para mí y mi familia, en Costa Rica, con suficiente espacio en el asiento trasero y el maletero. A todos nos gustó mucho el coche e incluso estamos considerando comprar uno ahora también. :) El proceso de devolución también fue muy fácil. El caballero que nos ayudó fue muy amable y rápido en ayudarnos a hacer el check out para que no perdiéramos el transporte que estaba a punto de partir. Fue una experiencia excelente y se lo he estado contando a todos mis amigos y familiares desde entonces. Le recomiendo Adobe si viaja a Costa Rica. ¡Gente estupenda, gran servicio, y Pura Vida!

Para mi es la mejor solucion para rentar un auto, son agiles, siempre estan disponibles, los carros son buenos, confortables y limpios. No le ponen a uno ningun problema, le solucionan las necesidades.

Magníficos! Debido a una llegada de un cliente sin aviso necesite un auto que estaba agotado sin embargo lograron conseguirlo de otra parte del país y salvar mi reunión.

I rented with Adobe in January and expect for the surprise email a few days before the trip telling me I had to pay up front, which they hadn't previously said anything about, it was fine. I booked direct on their website. The second trip in March I booked as part of my flight booking. I figured I knew the company, the process, all was good. The flight website didn't include the insurance, but I knew about it and what it would cost since I was just there 2 months earlier. When I got there they charged me 60% more for the same insurance on a cheaper car than the trip before. It was same year, same season, government laws hadn't changed, there was no justification. I had them look up my previous booking and confirmed the difference. They could give no justification. The justification of course was because they could stick it to me. Not acceptable and I will not rent with them again.

I have used Adobe Rent a Car many times in Costa Rica. I can say that they offer a fantastic service. The cars are always in great condition, the staff is very friendly and I never had any problem of any kind. I find Adobe to be a very responsible company. They walk you around the car before you rent it to be sure that it is in good conditions which also enables you to check if there are any scratches or damage. Prices are very competitive. I will keep renting from Adobe! Thank you Adobe staff for making me feel comfortable and safe while I drive in Costa Rica!
