My tenancy experience was for a couple of months, however, it was a good experience. Their response to property complaints was swift & satisfactory.
Even when I was leaving, the whole process was simple and satisfying. In summary, I'll always recommend them in the future.

Love being a property guardian been with them for years, when I moved to Manchester from London one of their properties was my first home in the city, moved out, then became a guardian with them again after the pandemic and have recently moved back to London and relocated to one of their properties here, would definitely recommend! Our company is very good coustomer service and reply a Mail and phone calls will quickly.
I only moved in recently to the property in Earlestown-Newton Le Willows. Everything is going well so far. I am pleased with the team and the proffesional way they handled my check in.
Excellent choice and management. Thanks to Lee and everyone that have contributed to this.
I like my room, the environment is friendly. The only thing I haven't liked is there is no heating in my room since I moved in I have communicated but nothing has been done since I checked it
Ad Hoc is an excellent agency, that supported us in the past 3+ years as property guardians. Communication was great, property was an excellent value for money, we were always notified promptly about any changes in licence agreement, had a great chance to participate in competitions among other property guardians, staff was so friendly and easy to approach.
I would like to specifically thank Nadine Ben Laroussi for the huge help that we received when returning our deposit - nothing seemed a problem for Nadine, a real asset to the team who always stayed in touch and went above and beyond to sort out our bank issue.
In 13 years of renting experience in the UK, Ad Hoc is the best agency by all means👍

Following my discovery, agreement and contract with Ad Hoc, they have facilitated a movement that allows myself, a Property Guardian, and the Property Owners, both flexibility and security. Their method of communication is respectful and helpful.
Ad Hoc allow me to live in a property 'as if' I was tending to my own place. Meaning, they trust me to make the place feel like home. They are also considerate in how they place the guardians in proximity to one another, allowing for space, privacy and a developing community.
I have also cultivated a practical correspondence with the onsite caretaker and have contributed to the resolution of minor issues that come about as a result of living in a shared environment.
As a consequence to these factors, I take great pride in guarding, maintaining and beautifying the space, both indoors and outdoors.
The exchange is reasonable and fair with all parties contributing in reciprocation. I pay a fair amount each month and ensure the safety of the house. In return I receive a functional, enjoyable and comfortable living situation, where boundaries and clear communication are respected.
I look forward to developing and furthering my relationship with Ad Hoc, in my role as Property Guardian.

A week before date agreed for me to move in, I got no reply to emails and calls. Then the day I was to move in they call to say they need more time with checks... the first communication after chasing them for a werk. Luckily my old landlady was understanding. All they did was return money. Who ever replies from adhoc...put yourself in the place of moving day with no where to go.

Was given noticed after I put a complaint in that I was assaulted and the state of the place from other guardians. Turned into a civil court case, they then held court summons for 8 days and they have left me with £10k debt and very homeless.
Where do I start!!! ....so last week was a very sad week leaving a beautiful dwelling I'd had the pleasure of calling my home for 12 years! Yes I'd been in the same property as a gaurdian for adhoc ...I could go on and on and thank all the staff over the years but Would just like to thank Rob Lee and Graham theses guys are the best in the business no job ever seems a problem of handyman Graham and Rob and Lee are great guys who have always been on hand to help even on days off.... I hope we will meet again in the future best wishes Craig
Robert Cross dealt with me through my whole moving process and was incredibly helpful, fast and efficient everything, from dealing with my documents to the viewing and especially check in, all the information I needed to know was delivered in a friendly and concise manner which I greatly appreciated being nervous it put me completely at ease, very proud to be a property guardian and to be a licensee of Ad-Hoc, a massive thank you to Robert and all the Ad-hoc team!
