Review for Focused Revolution by ADHD Vision
I’m so happy to be part of this community!
I love the accountability sessions, they keep me on track, and the coaches are truly amazing. Everyone is so understanding and supportive, from Nik to Rachel, CJ, Leslie, and so many others. Each coach brings something unique, and you can really feel how much they care.
The group is growing fast, and honestly, I don’t understand how some people think managing ADHD is easy. This program shows how much work and heart go into helping people succeed. Nik and his whole team are doing something incredible, offering real support, structure, and understanding.
People spend so much money on doctors and medication, but here you get something that’s priceless: a community of people who truly understand you.
As a nail educator, I also work with students who struggle with ADHD and OCD, and I can see how much difference community and guidance make. That’s exactly what this program gives, connection, motivation, and structure.
If you ever feel unmotivated, just join one of their sessions. There are so many classes every week, each full of energy, compassion, and understanding.
I truly believe this is the future of ADHD support, not just medication, but real connection and coaching. I’m very grateful for everything this team does.
18 months, the coaches are the best part.
I've been subscribed to Focus Revolution for a year and a half.
It works for me, but only once I was ready to believe that it could.
1. Course Materials
I came because I kept seeing Nik's videos on ADHD (as I was in the process of getting late diagnosed, and appreciated that his information was backed by case studies).
I watched the courses and tried implementing the things with middling success to be honest. The information comes up in many areas of my life though, and I go back to it time to time.
2. Group Calls
It was easy enough to attend the weekly group calls because they had top professionals discussing super relevant subject matter. We've learned about ADHD and how it intersects with Finances, Creativity, Business, Sleep, Habits, Anxiety, Energy, etc.
3. Focus Sessions
I didn't make use of the Focus Sessions for 4 or 5 months. I didn't get it/see the point yet.
I am self-employed, and work alone often. I was really struggling to get things done and decided to give the Focus Sessions a shot...and holy sh*t.
Having others to consistently body double with has been a game changer. The coaches in the FR community are very kind and reliable in a way that I haven't seen anywhere else. Them showing up day after day, checking with people, holding us accountable, educating us, connecting us, /that's/ the reason to be in the group. And that's where you'll find real, consistent change.
4. Cost
My considerations on the finance components:
I am paying a cheaper rate because I started earlier, comes out to about $65 a month in my nation's currency. I am seeing people talk about a larger upfront cost and that's news to me. I think it is still worth it for those who can afford it, but it may be prohibitive for those who those who can't. A flexible pricing model would help a lot here, perhaps breaking that upfront cost over multiple months, or flexing for cost of living depending on where a person is from, even just a little to meet in the middle. Hard to run an international community but we don't want to exclude people!
An original Focus Revolutionary
I joined Focus Revolution at the beginning after seeing Nick's webinar about ADHD. I have not regretted it for a minute. The Focus Sessions were what helped me get through my training in teaching English as a second language. I don't think I could have done it otherwise. Focus Sessions are still my go-to when I have a project that needs sustained effort that I couldn't manage by myself. In addition, there is the community in all its forms, consistently supportive and encouraging. Last but not least, the staff is phenomenal, always coming up with new ideas for community participation based on their own experience with ADHD. A wonderful organization without a doubt!
Excellent and Effective
I, like some of you I’m sure, was skeptical about this programme at first. My phone and bank account are loaded down with every widget and app and booklet and programme I could find - and through the years nothing has ever made an impact. But Focus Revolution has been different. Before joining I was at one of those all-too familiar ADHD lows- struggling each day to even get out of bed, guilt-ridden by unfinished work and chores and relational obligations. The change brought on by the Focus Sessions has been nearly instant for me. Since joining Focus Revolution, I’ve been eating better, exercising more, my outlook on life has vastly improved, I’m doing better at work and in my relationships and I’m actually doing laundry -( imagine doing laundry!!) I’ve even been sleeping well which was something I had resigned to never achieve in my whole life! I’ve found all the coaches to be consummately professional, genuinely kind, and always willing to give an ear. The focus sessions are backed by an evidence-based intervention model - and each of the Coaches demonstrate a keen knowledge of the unique needs we have as people with ADHD. Aside from that they each have a unique way of approaching the sessions which is really helpful for my novelty-seeking brain. All of this is not even to mention the additional services like the Creativity Sessions, Mindfulness, weekly seminars with extremely high quality guests, Tidy Sessions and more. I know the price feels prohibitive for some - but I a service I can access 24 hours a day that is this effective is well worth the cost for me - and I hope it can be equally as life changing for you.

There's so MUCH positive in this for me.
I have struggled with procrastination my whole life.
The only thing that have made me actually do dreadful tasks has been deadlines.
And at some point I just pivoted towards forgetting my dreams and not realizing them.
What I am Currecntly Experiencing, and noticing others are too, within this Community is as close to a Wonder as it get!
I have had success and confirmed wins "simply by committing to" my task in the FS and showing up and beginning.
I am uplifted by the Genuine and Attentive Coaches.
Theres plenty to explore everyday, alot of interaction to be had. Friendly faces and helpfull hands. Support and motivation all over.
Thanks , Nik, Thanks FR-Team

Life Changing
Hello everyone! My name is Lisle (it rhymes with smile). I am 76 and I self-diagnosed myself with ADHD about five years ago. Throughout my life, I have managed to get things done, but usually at the last minute and I was chronically late until now. I joined Focus Revolution 4 days ago and I have gotten more done in the last four days than I have in the last 4 months, all while being on time for all of my meetings & having FUN! For the most part, I have always been a happy person, however I now realize I have had low level anxiety because of my ADHD. I know I will be able to cure that with Focus Revolution. It is a dream come true and I now know I can fulfill my life long dream/goal of having a neat, clean, organized home, being on time, and be more efficient and effective in daily living and life in general. It may seem expensive money wise, but what do you have to lose if you don't try it? Perhaps only your happiness and productivity for the rest of your life...
Pricey, but a VERY Good Idea
The main complaint people seem to express about this program is simply that it's an ambitious, unconventional way for Nik to make money off the ADHD community. He creates a sales funnel where he eventually presents this community as a really, really good idea for people suffering from executive dysfunction... and the price is quite high (compared to pursuing insurance-covered pharmacotherapy for ADHD).
Here's the thing though: Since it's such a niche idea... with limited options or competitors to compare it to... it does seem a bit odd. But it's absurdly effective: Being able to do your work with a camera on in a timed Zoom meeting...and having that aspect of relating to, being held accountable by, and receiving social cues and feedback from other people... is...
* analgesic
* Dramatically limits ADHD symptoms like distractibility
* Charges your mundane work with a kind of socially mediated meaning
It's just a good deal. For $200 your first month and then $77 a month, it's a LOT of savings compared to... well, the financial cost, spiritual cost, side effects, etc. of chasing higher and higher doses of XR and IR stimulant formulations.
One of the best decisions I've ever made
Joining ADHD Vision was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. It completely changed my life. I used to struggled to start tasks, finish projects, and constantly felt like I was failing at things that seemed “easy” for others. This program helped me see that I’m not lazy or broken — my brain just works differently, and that’s okay.
Through the incredibly supportive coaches and community, I’ve learned how to work with my brain instead of against it. The 24/7 focus sessions are a total game-changer — whenever I feel stuck, I can log on and have real-time support. Body doubling has helped me stay consistent, and I’ve gained genuine confidence in my ability to follow through. I’ve made close friends here who truly understand ADHD, and we check in on each other outside of sessions too.
Since joining almost two years ago, I’ve launched a course I’d been putting off for years, rebuilt my business, reorganized my entire home, and even returned to full-time work without burning out. The community here is unmatched — uplifting, caring, and full of people who get it--and I love that people are from around the globe.
ADHD Vision has become an essential part of my daily life. I truly can’t imagine life without it!
I love its simplicity and it works for me
I love its simplicity. Not a huge course to work through, but videos that actually work for me (eg the morning routine). There is a lot that is offered. I cannot even attend all the things. Especially the 24/7 focus sessions are alone worth the money because for me as an entrepreneur: if I only work 1h more per month because of focus revolution, I already have the money in. And it supports me emotionally immensely. I am part of focus revolution since 2 months and I am very happy and will continue.
Disappointing
After spending hours watching this influencer’s videos, feeling inspired, emotional, and genuinely hopeful about improving my ADHD struggles, I paused mid video and went straight to the enrolment page. Then reality hit: a $200 USD joining fee and $77 per month membership.
For many people already fighting to get ahead with ADHD, that’s simply out of reach. And for those of us living in countries with weaker currencies, it’s even worse—roughly $400 just to join, and around $150 each month to stay. It’s disheartening to see something that promised genuine help turn into another expensive paywall.
What hurts most is the hope that was created, the feeling that maybe someone finally understood, only to realise it was just another sales pitch. I’m not writing this out of anger, but disappointment. Because people with ADHD don’t need another obstacle or false sense of hope. We need real help, not another price tag on healing.
Sells overpriced "unique" method that others already use
I signed up for a video "class" based on my experience with classes offered by companies like ADDitude, where I have attended several free webinars that all consisted of actual experts talking about actual issues related to ADHD and possible solutions.
This creator, who is a creator and businessman, not an actual practitioner, promised to introduce the participants to a "new" method that could address their ADHD-related issues in a revolutionary way and that the webinar would present this method.
He then talked about his own life for 90 minutes under the pretense of "it won't make sense unless I tell you all of this", which instead was just about making any other possible solution of approach look useless. That was then followed by a 10 minute sales pitch.
There were no specifics, no actual useful information.
The price is also much higher than other similar communities (because yes, they do exist) based solely on the fact that this is specific for ADHDers and so the coaches "care more."
Plus, the price was given as a join now because it will go up soon, but looking online, this is the same price as months ago. On top of that, why even have a "sign up" price of 197$ and then a monthly price of 77$ if not for the fact that you don't trust your system enough to believe that people will pay the 77$ consistently. Other than that, I cannot imagine the reason for the high "sign up cost."

Adhd Vision is SUPER HELPFUL.
Adhd Vision is SUPER HELPFUL.
I am AuDHD and have struggled a lot in different professional fields (I have an academic background in social sciences and am a Yoga and language teacher working online), especially due to overwhelming environments and not always supportive working atmospheres, as well as all the symptoms caused by Adhd and autism.
I am a member of Adhd Vision since April 2025.
Adhd Vision gives its members a 24/7 Body-doubling opportunity online via Focus Sessions (1 hour duration each) on Zoom.
Once booked a session, members access an online space where a certified coach (all of them are fabulous with their different personalities!) opens the focus session with short dopamine boosters that vary, e.g. music, meditation, a short quiz, some stretching,...
Members are invited to share their exact plan for the 50 min session and commit to stick to it. After 50 mins, members are invited to share their wins during the session and will be guided once more in some kind of supportive activity to boost dopamine + a positive mood.
Besides, the community offers other activites such as online dancing & much more, such as videos about Adhd. As I haven't tried them, I cannot review these.
The founder of Adhd vision is himself has Adhd and is a worldwide leading expert in the field. Nik has created a unique space and is doing a really great job, helping lots of people suffering from Adhd with his special creation. Adhd Vision will most surely grow a lot in the next decades!
From a professional point of view (I have done research on Adhd and autism and myself hold workshops for professionals in pedagogic working fields) as well as from my personal experience I can highly recommend ADHD Vision!
Great support and community
I've really loved this program so far. I've had it for about 5 months at the time of writing this review. I'm new to the ADHD diagnosis and was just trying to find something to help me do the dishes more than once a week, basically, and fighting major stagnation. I joined on an impulse and was really glad I did. I've been able to do a lot more than the dishes! I've been on and off with my consistency at times...certain days I find it hard to self-motivate but it's good to know that the platform, the coaches and the community are there when I need them.
I really love the coaches, overall. Of course, some "click" more with me than others. I do think someone else's review made a good point that if you don't like one coach, you might not appreciate jumping into a focus session and not knowing who you're going to get. However, for me, it's not been a problem, and I find I get things done no matter what focus session I've joined. I really love how a few of them also make special attention to write comments in response to my posts and keep the support going, it's really sweet. I know that no matter what I post, probably at least one person or one coach will reply with encouragement... often it's a LOT more than that! That means a lot to me. I love writing/posting comments and wins and stories!! It's really great to have people there to share your journey or to cheer others on during theirs.
I don't watch too many of the videos, but I get a lot out of them when I do. I just feel like everyone in the community has been open and supportive and it's been a real blessing in my life, not only to get things done (like massive decluttering of my apartment that I've lived in for 13 years) but also to chip away at boring or painful tasks, or make sure I get some rest and relaxation in, which I tend to forget. Often I'm getting inspired by others in the community or getting ideas about what I can do that I hadn't thought of before.
I also really appreciate the variety of different sessions (like Tidy Tribe tidying sessions! As well as meditation, dancing, journaling and live calls). It's just a cool variety and I like that I can jump in when the mood strikes. Thank you to Nik and everyone! I feel bad for those who have had a bad experience or find it to be too expensive, because I think the core energy of this program is really authentic and very supportive. At least that's been my experience. Hopefully whatever issues people have can be remedied to keep it going strong and work for even more people.
Too expensive and support is bad
This platform is good, it has a lot on it and a huge community. The coaches are mostly great and very helpful. There are different weekly meeting additional to the hourly focus session which you can attend whenever you want.
However the focus session wear off after a while. In the beginning its motivating but after some months the effect is not the same anymore. And a had a bad experience with one of the coaches - if you schedule a focus session you never know who will be the coach, which made it difficult for me attend them after that experience.
Also in my opinion its too expensive. The entry fee is very high and the monthly fee isn't cheap either. Also the video to get the link to the platform felt like a scam. I don't know why Nik feels like its necessary to get the people on the platform with a scam-like video...
Where I have to discount further stars is that the membership can't be paused, and the support is very bad. I wanted to pause and then get back in - it was not possible, I would have had to pay the entry fee again. Therefore I left for good.

Wow! Mind blowing method
Not only do the focus sessions and the body-doubling method help me work more consistently with like-minded people, but the membership has also opened up a truly positive community for me.
We support, motivate, and cheer each other on—which has had a positive effect I didn't expect when I first joined.
The focus sessions and the community give me a sense of confidence and reassurance that I'll be able to complete my dissertation over the next two years, working back-to-back with others in the sessions!
The rare program that delivers on its promises.
I was late diagnosed as an adult and joined FR after therapy and a lot of other attempts hadn’t sufficiently addressed my core issues. I knew body doubling helped in real life but doubted whether Nik could have actually put together a 24/7 program that delivered on its extravagant promises, but with a course I’d barely started on and an international move coming up, I was desperate. And here is the weird part… by paying this monthly fee, which isn’t cheap, I have saved probably a few thousand dollars in just a few months. It’s hard to articulate how helpful it is to have paid, trained, caring individuals leading you to do the annoying stuff that would otherwise go months or years undone, but it is. I successfully completed my journalism course and ended up getting back over $2,000 equivalent in taxes simply because I had a structure in place to help me get those things done, and a community in which to share about it.
It’s hard to put into words how amazing it is to finally have a community of people who don’t shame me for being forgetful, distractable or (alternatively) obsessed/hyper-focused about a given topic. It feels like coming home to a very unique, driven group of people who are kind and understand—and best of all, the majority of my experiences have happened in lieu of the founder’s presence. While he is present now, it’s important for a program to be self-sustaining as opposed to a cult of personality, and FR achieves that. So, TL, DR: it is as good as it sounds. Try it if you are frustrated, need structure, and appreciate consistency.
An investment in me!
What you get:
- A safe community to be yourself
- 24/7 Focus sessions (body doubling) with a certified coach
- Regular challenges to help you rewire core beliefs
- Specialist coached sessions (Meditation, Entrepreneurs, Meal Prep, Plan your week, Social Connection, Dance, Accountability Partners, Live calls with ADHD specific topics and experts)
I am waiting for referrals for ADHD and Autism, after years of cyclical breakdowns, misdiagnosis as clinically depressed and generally just not succeeding as well as my counterparts. The internal self talk to explain all this “I wouldn’t want their job anyway!” or changing jobs every few years because I’m bored of this one now. My house is always cluttered and cleaning was generally done with the seasons and not much in between.
I started to suspect I had ADHD traits after being around others with ADHD, and working with people who were struggling with neurodiversity in my role as a Disability Network Chair for my organisation (I am visually impaired due to a genetic condition). So I started reading up on how ADHD looks in older women (51 years young) and Autism to realise that whilst I felt like I was just a fairly neutral person, always being able to see both sides, it was mainly because I have a brain that is constantly fighting with itself, so I’m used to being ON both sides. It’s exhausting!
I saw a reel from ADHDVision about the ADHD Revolution Community on Skool. It was free to join that community so I took the plunge and signed up. There was a big enrollment at that time (Feb 2025) so we had a small active core group posting and asking questions. Then the coaches ran a challenge week, which gave us daily zoom check-ins so it brought the group together and it felt great to feel part of a tribe that understood and had the same challenges.
Of course the free community is a funnel into the paid community and this is where many will switch on their cynical stance and get mad. I know I did. It felt like I was just a cash cow, a means to fund someone else’s lifestyle and I resisted. I put the community at arms length. I told myself I didn’t need the community anyway. Over the next few weeks, I realised I was falling back into old patterns, my productivity was down, my motivation was gone and my sense of wellbeing was slowly flatlining. A real come down after winning the challenge week. I won a 1:1 coaching session, which I booked in with one of the coaches and that was it. I realised if I wanted to be a better me, then I needed to invest in me.
I’ve been in the paid community since 18th April 2025, when I also hit complete burnout with work and ended up having to take sick leave. In my head I rage quit work, I was never going back to that place, I mean I had only been there for 16 years, my longest ever employment! I love my job, I love the people, I love the values we have. But a massive change to my team, and leadership had me wanting to quit then and there.
Through ADHDVision and the Focus Revolution community I have navigated myself out of burnout, I have started building a passion project, which I hope I will transition to my main work one day and I addressed all the emotions (supported with counselling) the work place has created. I plan to return to work in 2 weeks, which times perfectly with a new challenge ‘Rest and Recharge’. Where we are challenging ourselves to show up and give ourselves permission to take breaks. Not sit and doomscroll whilst berating ourselves for all the things we know we should do but just can’t make ourselves do, rather to actively choose to rest and recharge so we can do the things we should and need to do, not just put all the energy into our latest hyperfocus project.
I am turning my world into a place where I thrive on my terms and it’s the best investment I have ever made.
I joined 2 weeks ago
I joined 2 weeks ago, I was unsure if it was legit or a scam.. there were certainly red flags that it might be, but there was also too much that was landing with me, so for $200 I chose to roll the dice.
Let me tell you, the system works - the focus sessions work. I did 5 hours of uninterrupted work yesterday, you just have to try it for yourself.
The community is awesome but small and still growing. The coaches are great at what they do.
I'll update this in 6-12 months. But for the ongoing cost of $30 a week.. it's expensive, but the value I'm getting out of it.. it's worth it!
It scares me to think where I would be had I not found this program
It scares me to think where I'd be had I not found this program. I've been part of Adhdvision since the Inception. Staying in this program has been the most consistent I've ever been in my life. The people are just good people. They are supportive, real and they truly get what it's like to live with ADHD. Nik and the staff are truly amazing. They consistently show up for us. They're kind, and they know exactly how to keep us going without judgment. For someone like me, staying on track and feeling understood used to feel overwhelmingly impossible. This program has helped me to prove to myself that I can show up again and again. I'm so grateful for this space and the community behind it.
Right before I found this program I gave up on everything. I feel like I had watched and read everything there was about ADHD but it didn't help me. I started sinking into depression and a week later I found this program and I've been here ever since. Again I have to say, it scares me to think where I'd be had I not found this program.
Game changing
I've been following ADHDVision on Facebook for a while, totally resonating with what Nik says. The 8D audio/binaural beats recommended have been life changing, i dont listen to music any other way, its so soothng.
I attended a live webinar detailing the products available. I took the plunge and joined.
I had my first focus session and WOW it was totally a life changer, productive, feeling accomplished and getting stuff done. You can use the sessions for anything you want to achieve, eg getting out of bed to responding to emails, painting a room. You can stay in the sessions for more than 1 block, brilliant.
The coaches are incredible, supportive and motivating.
I had my first live group with Nik yesteday, delivering a specific topic of interest. It was incredible to interact with fellow ADHDers and to speak with Nik.
The community is so supportive and often come up with great ideas.
if you're thinking of joining, do, you won't regret it. There is a wealth an depth to this product that could change your life too.
