I needed to refinance debt accrued building an extension on our house. This was very difficult because the repayments and interest were cripplingly high, and new lender's affordability calculations wouldn't take into account that these repayments would be cleared by a new loan.
Hannah at ADD Finance didn't give up and found a novel product to refinance the debt at a very low interest rate. At all times Hannah kept me updated with developments and guided me through the process. I cannot recommend Hannah and ADD Finance enough.
