NE OFFICE SAYS "WE'RE INVESTIGATING" — THE OTHER SAYS "WE NEVER HEARD OF HIM" — MAKE IT MAKE SENSE

I contacted this firm with a case worth £1 million over two weeks ago. Sent all details in writing. They replied by WhatsApp saying "we have your case" — then silence for two weeks.

I called their office. Spoke to reception. Told Ibraheen Nasir was handling it — call back in 15–20 minutes. I called back. Told he wouldn't speak to me — wanted an email. I said I have dyslexia and need to talk. Ignored. Said he'd call back "sometime today" — never gave a time. NEVER called.

Then THEY EMAILED ME asking for details. I have attached their own email as proof. If I never contacted them — WHY did they email me? How did they have my address?

HERE IS WHAT HAPPENED NEXT — TWO DIFFERENT OFFICES, TWO COMPLETELY DIFFERENT STORIES:

✅ ONE OFFICE REPLIED: "We understand how serious this is... escalated to senior management... urgent internal review of our communications and file handling procedures." — THEY ADMITTED THEY HAD MY CASE AND MESSED UP.

❌ THE OTHER OFFICE SAID: "Never been a client. Never contacted us. We have no information about you." — COMPLETE DENIAL.

SAME FIRM. SAME CASE. SAME EMAILS. ONE SAYS "WE'RE REVIEWING OUR MISTAKES" — THE OTHER SAYS "WE NEVER HEARD OF HIM." HOW CAN BOTH BE TRUE?

They also gave me an email address that does not work. 239 reviews in one location, over 700 in another. Promises broken. Dyslexia ignored. One office admits fault — the other pretends I don't exist.

Look at the photo of their own email. They cannot deny it. Draw your own conclusions.

They won't leave me alone.
I contacted them last Saturday asking for an appointment the same day. They were closed so I went elsewhere.
It seems didn't understand my message because I'm getting several emails and phone messages daily asking me to contact them. I have asked them to stop - but they won't. It's harrassment

Although the receptionist was very polite and efficient and we did get four documents certified, I have to say the price is incredibly steep at over £37 per document. I had to send my son as I am currently in hospital so was shocked when he said it will cost about £150!When I inquired about the price I was told that we charge everybody this price I would say that this is way above what other solicitors are charging to certify document and this is the reason that I’m not happy.

I dont think these guys can help anyone being bullied of universal credit because they are too judgmental this guy gandnav sat thier stareing at my watch then pretentended to need a second opinion about the evidence I showed him by walking out of the office just to come back and side with the other side and they keep rescheduling first I had a phone interview than they wanted an in person one just to waste my time.luckily I went to check first what these creatures were like.Even though DWP is renown for being sued by claiments these gays wont help you at all .And you are a true wa nker gandnav he knew nothing about gdpr he just repeated they are allowed to see your spending even though Under the Public Authorities (Fraud Error and Recoverv) Act 2025 (which received Roval Assent in December 2025). the Department for Work anc Pensions (DWP) has been granted new powers to require banks to share LIMITED IMFORMATION about benefit claimants' accounts to identify potential fraud or errors. These powers, known as Eligibility Verification Measures (EVMs). allow banks to monitor their own datasets for specific, limited indicators anc flag them to the DWP, but they do not grant the DWP direct, unrestricted access to view transaction histories or SPENDING PATTERNS he talks exactly like the dwp

My experience was great, from the moment I stepped in the building. The Receptionist was warm and welcoming and the lawyer Mr Ibraheem Nasir was very patient, understanding and gave really great advise.

Phoned for a solicitor to help with my conveyancing. Sought out a supposedly 24/7 anytime contact solicitors. Open on a Sunday would be good for me. Took my details and asked me for a contact time. I said 'in the next two hours would be great'. She then assured me someone would contact me in that time frame. Nothing. I did receive an automated email, but no phone call as assured. 24/7 not.
