I used the buy 1 and get 2 free and I received my 3 pieces that are cz and plated copper and not moissanite and silver with GRA certificates. I diamond tested the pieces and they failed. I emailed customer service and they told me not all moissanite passes the diamond tester. I emailed back and told them that they say all Adamans moissanite passes the diamond tester. I received an email back now saying that the items I received was a place holder and my order should be done in 3 weeks. 3 weeks is today and nothing . I emailed them last night and received another message saying my order is top priority. I really hope I receive my jewelry but I don't have a good feeling. 3/25/26-4/17/26 I want to believe in Adamans. This is my genuine experience.
If and when I receive my jewelry I will re-review.

They Sent me White Gold with Cubic Zirconia. I am super disappointed in them. I thought reviews were fluff but they were real about this company. No transparency, nobody wants to wait 4-6 weeks for their jewelry piece when it stated on their website that is in stock when you order. I asked them multiple times process a return and they are keep walking around the conversation saying they are going to expedite. That's it. My first impression is destroyed. I do not want to do anything with this brand. I am going on all social media to expose them. I am done waiting.

This company is bad I payed for the expensive one they sent me the cheap one that turn me green from day one iv been trying to solve this all I get is ai email back to me it’s cheeky I spent so much on my first order and they do this definitely not spending with these again

I’m trying out my new chains tonight the first day that I got them but at the moment I love the way they look

I placed an order in November for two moissanite and gold chains, and have never received them. I’ve contacted this company multiple times since November and they will not refund my money, they keep giving me the runaround and telling me one thing in lying to me. Do not trust this company.

Moissanite is way better than CZ. Delivery was fast and the moissanite piece passes my diamond tester. Only issue is that the wrapping is horrible & impossible to get off

Their prices are the best which was what made me purchase and it did not dissapoint.

This company is a scam! They send out pieces that are supposed to be Moissanite but when it was tested with a diamond tester it failed. When confronted, they stated that they send out CZ in the meantime while waiting for the Moissanite pieces to be made and should be replaced in 4 to 6 weeks. But then they just disappear and ignore all messages for an update! They even had the so-called certificate of authenticity included!

This company should be put out of bussiness. I ordered the mossinate 399+ mystery box. When I received my order I was really happy, then I noticed no GRA grading card. Thought ok they must have forgot. I wore my tennis chain about a week. Then was approached by a peer, making fun of my green neck. Humiliated, I contacted Adamans. They had told me they were out of mossinate. So they sent a very fake chain and tried to pass it as mossinate. They didnt even tell me before or during what they did. They just did it. Then told me send pics of the faulty piece. I did. They offered a replacement of the same trash quality. I refused and explicitly told them id wait. They kept pushing that no we're going to refund you. Then I wake up to am email saying I was refunded and I got on the site, to no avail!!! They are having a flash sale of mossinate. They could have done right and failed miserably. Lilian is whom I dealt with. She has hideous customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They're liars snd steelers. This is why GLD will now be getting my bussiness. Not these shams. Completely unethical. 0 out of 10.

Ordered a ring for my husband. His usual size. Received it and it was too small. I thought no big deal, they say quick and easy returns and exchange! WRONG!! I paid $10 shipping to return. Waited weeks for them to finally say they received the return. And then they charge me $10 shipping for the new one. This has been over month and a half of this and still no ring. I will never shop here again.

I bought a Monaco chain made of 925 silver with 18k PVD gold plating and moissanite, but it is not what I was promised. It isn't moissanite—it is probably CZ—but that is not what I paid for. I went to a jewelry store, and they told me that it is not what I expected! The cost of the chain is 1,600-something, but I only paid 1,300 because of a discount! Still, it’s not fair! I want my money back, please, because otherwise I am going to go to my bank to file a complaint!my number order is #127595

I have bought most my jewellery from Adamans and never had a problem with quality, delivery and customer service is always amazing, if you want top quality jewellery without major price tags i definitely recommend

Just a fraudulent company all round. Just a little research and you’ll see it’s not what it’s advertised as. All products are not real diamonds (fake essentially), they drop-ship from China, no factory’s in the UK even exist & delivery is minimum 10 days+ if you do order as it’s from China, despite all this they still advertise that it’s all designed & made in the UK with next day delivery ect which just isn’t possible if it’s coming from China.

Obviously a legit company but just going on companies houses and looking at their company as a whole, just a complete con, got a charge on there from a e-commerce loan company for a start, the finances look horrendous if we’re being honest, owing creditors nearly 750k, in reality they only have nearly maybe 70/80/90k in net assets which isn’t too shabby and they’ve made money every year somehow but it explains how they pretend to live the perfect life on the socials.

All three of them on Social Media pretend to live the most lavish life with 2 cars which cost all together maybe close to 500k plus yet the company finances show nothing remotely close to that, I mean he’s gotta be paying close to 5k a month on finance for the Ferrari. They post trips at different times of the year to make it look like they are out and about always going away when that’s not the reality.

Also advertising and photoshopping images with celebrities like Will Smith, Jalen Hurts, Justin Jefferson wearing their jewellery when everyone knows that just isn’t the case just sums up the company as a whole and this review as a whole.

Just stay away people, stop falling for the BS and invest your money somewhere else more wisely.

They’ve now made a new Trustpilot account to try and influence all the general public to believe they are good, it’s laughable. ‘The Jewellery Company’ is the old Trustpilot if anyone is truly interested.

they send you some fake one,

if you find out, they say it was a gift while waiting for the original,

Nothing will ever be sent you..

Then they reply to your review that they cant see you on system..

Filed a scam report with my bank and currently waiting on a refund absolutely pathetic customer service and pathetic company
Also if my items get shipped or proof of what stage they are at by the end of the week I will re review this in a positive light

I loved the way they sent a placeholder after reading reviews on it I understand the confusion but thought the final product must be so good so I waited inshallah the moissanite is very high quality and passes the diamond tester.

Beautiful piece of jewelry. I am thoroughly impressed.
