Garage cancelled twice the day before
Garage cancelled twice the day before. Booked via website which was told day before it was full, second time again cancelled the day before. Unable to comment on quality of work as didn't get that far. Since doing review just getting harassment now!

Fiona sorry for the confusion but I am not a garage I am a solo worker and I only cover mobile work also I am unsure how the work was canceled twice as we only arranged one time and date.
The reason for cancellation was as I was involved in a car accident with my work vehicle in which was left un drivable i made you aware immediately and provided proof of which you said you understand I have yet received a reply since to arrange a alternative work around if the oil change was urgent.
I pride myself on good feedback and I am sorry you felt the need to leave negative but I am unsure of what more could have been done with the unforeseen circumstances within less that a 24 hour timeframe
Regards Dan
