I always get great service from this company. The variety of gifts is amazing and you can always find that special gift for someone! Service is always excellent and always kept informed. The blue scarf I brought is lovely and soft and a very generous size. Can't decide on my next colour!!!

This store has so many lovely gifts to offer. I will definitely be ordering again. Delivery was prompt and packaged securely. I love the Damson lip balm and the fact that it unscrews for ease. It smells amazing too. I loved the fun packaging on the kids soaps. The puzzles are great and eco friendly packaged at a good price and perfect for my jigsaw lover friend.

Terrible service....have not received item.....tried emailing and calling....no reply from email and calls go through to voicemail...again no response....so where the hell is it.....paid in full with item purchased somewhere on the planet and not delivered to my house!

Terrible experience! I ordered a puzzle that never arrived. I sent messages on the support site and emails, but no one bothered to answer me. A rip-off! The ridiculous thing is that they keep emailing me to review their site. Well here it is. Don't buy from this site.

I love this on line company! I always find great gifts for family and friends. Recently brought a lovely silk and satin scarf. It arrived on time, it was beautifully wrapped and I was kept informed of progress. I'm a very happy customer.

This company/website is a complete scam. Reported for fraud. Goods never arrived, no response to emails and Chester phone number just a voicemail

Absolutely disgusted at this company! Emailed twice requesting an ETA for delivery and no response. Ordered a card which never turned up and paid £3.50 for delivery Please don’t use this company and advise others not to do so

No product delivered money, taken not able to contact Adagio London online by email or phone. Sure this site is a scam and reported the transaction it to my bank as a fraud.

I’ve still not received my order and the the telephone rings out and there is no response to messages.

I have not received my card and it was an expensive purchase. I could have got a card in a shop cheaper. I have had no update when it will come and too late for my sisters birthday if not by tomorrow.

Placed an order 18/12/23, and it has still not arrived despite numerous requests for feedback from Adagio. Didn’t want to leave negative feedback so instead I went on the ‘contact us’ form on the website requesting an update as to when I can expect my order, not had a response. Nearly a month from placing the order my order still hasn’t arrived. Very poor, do not use. Shall be requesting a refund.

No star since its a scam. Avoid this company.

Company failed to deliver item. No communication received from them when i treied contacting them via email to chase up delivery. Payment taken but nothing received. Raised fraud case with my bank to pursue a full refund. Avoid Company.

Order still not received and no updates as to status.

It's a SCAM do not buy from this company, it doesn't exist.
Storr supposed to be in London yet phone number is Cheshire but they don't answer its just answerphone.
