I ordered four weight plates on 12/4/2020 after a lot of research on the legitimacy and quality of the company and product. All seemed well! There were several reviews of great products and customer service. At that time, their website stated it would take 2 weeks for manufacturing and to receive a shipment tracking number. On 12/18/2020, I emailed and received an update immediately from Monika which stated that the order would now take 3 - 4 weeks for turnaround, as now also stated on their website. Shortly after, they released a video to customers explaining issues they were having with manufacturing and shipping companies they were working with. We’re in a pandemic situation so the delays are understandable and are not the issue at hand. The fact that after several more attempts to contact the company through email, social media, and by phone, I have completely stopped receiving any response from them whatsoever. I then started to research complaints made against Ad4m Fitness to find out I was not alone in not only being ignored by the staff, but also to not have received tracking info on the order, or the product itself. I’m a single mom who doesn’t have the resources to waste if this product never shows. It was supposed to be a Christmas present for my teen whenever it did arrive. Instead, I have disputed the charge for a refund before the deadline to do so because I have no evidence that the product will ever show up at my door. If only the staff would have chosen to confront the issues at hand and keep in timely contact with customers, this may have ended better for us and them. It is extremely disappointing to have this experience end this way!! My son was thrilled to be looking forward to lift at home after many months of not being able to purchase plates. Now, his wait will be longer.

I paid a lot of money and AD4M took that money up front. Their site claimed a 2-3 week lead-time, but after not receiving even a confirmation email, I emailed them. They never provided me an ETA, though they did refund me a bogus $9 charge for some up-charge.

I asked 2 more times in email, and never got an answer. They told people to contact them in instagram, so I did...no answer. I reached out to them on FB Messenger...no answer. I posted on their FB page and while I was polite, I made my feelings known.

Well, they decided to block me. I put in for a paypal dispute, since I'm waiting since November with nothing to show for it.

Ok so I see people having a bad experience it took me a month and a few weeks to get my weights they all came at seperate times. As far as the weights I love them. It is frustrating to weight especially when it your label has been made awaiting pick up for 3 weeks. As far as communication every time I emailed or text they got back with me in a timely fashion. The prices are good I just think as a new company they didn't know what to expect and got far behind with shipping issues they had but I think it's a good company and in the future they will be great once they iron out all the wrinkles. So if ur expecting to get ur shipment in a week or two it's not going to happen

I waited two month.. gave them the benefit of the doubt due to everything going on in the world. The last straw for me was when he lied to me told it will ship out in the morning two days no tracking number . I immediately contacted PayPal got a refund ... this was a really bad experience. If your lucky enough to see this reviews before hand. Just keep looking

Placed an order for $485 never shipped no response for a refund. SCAM! I disputed through my credit card company waiting for resolution.

I'm giving one star, for where I am now. If they refund my money, I will adjust the review accordingly. I ordered 1 set of 10lb plates Sept 26. I received a tracking number a month later. It's fine, since I wasn't in a big hurry, but it's been more than 3 months and I haven't received my weights. I politely contacted them with an inquiry on the order status and heard nothing. A week and a half later, I emailed asking for a refund and heard nothing. It's been another 2 weeks since then and I haven't been contacted. I don't think the company is a scam; however, I think they are selling way above what they have in inventory and are just hoping they can fulfill the orders. I think it's almost too late to file a claim with my credit card company, so I am writing this review here in the hopes they will see it and refund my money. I've given them so much leeway bc I know how hard it is to have a business and be overwhelmed, but I don't feel that sorry for them that they can just take my money and not acknowledge my existence and/or order. I think a lot of the positive reviews are his friends writing in.

I ordered the 25, 35, 45 lbs pairs back on 20 Oct 2020 and I am still waiting to know when my items will ship (today is 30 Dec 2020). I contacted Ad4m about 6 times since and after each correspondence I have only received empty promises that my order will ship within a week or less. I'm really curious to know if I will ever receive a single weight plate from Ad4m.

I have seeked legal help with this website. No contact no order no shipment just the taking of my money. Read the reviews. They reply to the good reviews and leave everyone else with nothing. The owner of this company is probably a broke loser that doesnt know what he's doing. Most terrible service I ever had. Such a sad company. Anyways I got my lawyer looking into this. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. THEY ARE CHEAP LOSERS THAT JUST WANT YOUR MONEY. Owner of this company doesn't like what I'm saying? Do something! Get my address or number off my order and let's do this. Just a pussy that hides behind his website and cpu screen. You FAILED at making a good company. Loser lol

Order placed 10/13 with nothing received and broad communication but no details. Now communications have ceased since November. They won’t respond. This is a scam site

Incredibly disappointed. I placed my order in October and have not received my order or had any communication as to when I can expect my order to arrive despite numerous attempts to contact the seller. I would not recommend.

If I could I would give them -5 stars. Placed my order on November 14th, they said everything was in stock.. haven’t received anything. Over a month later... & now they stopped responding to my emails. I just want my money back. Don’t buy from them! Complete garbage service and rude.

They mislead customers and misrepresent their capabilities. At minimum they have very questionable ethics. They get 1 star for promptly providing a refund.

There are reputable companies with bumper plates in stock now. Stick with those if you can compromise by using rubber.

Well it took about a month to receive my items, but I definitely received them and everything is as advertised. I did expect it to take a little longer due to the pandemic and supply issues so no problem there.

Can I give it less then one star? This company is pure garbage. Do not order from them. Customer service is garbage, the founder is rude and insulting and not to mention confused AF. The only thing they were fast about was issuing me a refund.

Still waiting for my $460 order of plates ordered on 11/6. They had no problem taking my money with their promise on there website of 1-2 weeks of processing and plates in stock! They text you saying it will be another 1-2 weeks but I have absolutely ZERO confidence in this company. Save yourself the headache and loss of your hard earned money and look for a reputable company for your weight equipment needs.

I ordered weight plates from this company over 2 months ago. I never received it. I’ve been calling them several times. Nobody answered. I’ve sent them an email. It was ignored. One month ago, I noticed they’ve added a chat button on their website for customer support. I tried it and they have answered after 30 minutes. They replied that they would ship my purchase in 2 weeks. 3 weeks after, still nothing. So I pressed the chat button again. Now they don’t answer to this either. So I tried the text number they advertise. Nothing. Facebook messenger as they suggest. Nothing.

Their website is still announcing a sale on these items with reduced prices for items they don’t have. So they are pushing for orders to rush in even more, knowing they can’t cope with the orders they already have.

It is clearly a scam. Don’t buy.

Purchased about 400lbs in weight. Website states the processing time is about 2 weeks. Read online about some delays and asked if my shipment would be delayed. Was told there would be no more than 10 day delay. 10 days pass and no shipment. Was told again it would be within the next week or so. Did not ship then. Was told it was on loading dock ready to ship. Two weeks pass and it had not shipped. Then told it wouldn't be until the next month. Wasn't going to wait another month out of the two already wasted waiting. This behavior is untrustworthy, if you want what you paid for within a reasonable amount of time, do not buy from them. I know some people have complained about waiting even longer than me.

It has been 7 weeks since placed my order. I communicated with the seller a couple times, receiving assurances that I would receive my order within a couple weeks after I requested an update after the first two weeks. 7 weeks later, I still don’t have a tracking number and my inquiries are being ignored. Do not order from this company. They are selling false promises.

I've ordered weights on 12/4 and have yet to get a normal order email, let alone one with a tracking number. i spoke to someone via chat on 12/15 asking about delivery and someone said they have a huge shipment going out this week and delivery should only take a day. Reading the reviews off here makes me want to cancel my purchase as this was supposed to be a xmas present. If I knew it would take this long with the possibility of maybe never getting it, I would of never ordered. I can't get anyone on chat now.

I have been patient until now but they are now refusing to even answer emails and do basic customer service. Their price is great for this time but they are overwhelmed and also giving false information as to when the weights will actually ship out.

UPDATE: no responses and weights still haven’t shipped after 3 months AVOID THIS COMPANY
