I was happy to work with Acvian in Slovakia for more than 2 years. Onboarding is simple, rules are clear, team is supportive and reliable. Fantastic tax support for a foreign person and good advisor in local stay permit preparation.
I’ve been working with Acvian for 2 years and my experience was nothing but great. The team is very responsive, available through any channel I preferred (phone, WhatsApp, email). They are also super helpful and have a lot of local knowledge about labour laws, so they always advised about all possible solutions for any situation I had.

Think about how bad an experience needs to be for a user to search for somewhere to write a review this negative?
Acvian is the worst EOR you can choose. They're incredibly low-tech, everything is manually done by email, and they auto-spambot your email, leaving your inbox in disarray. For the service you get, it's far too expensive to go with more automated, professional and cost-effective services like Deel for your EOR.

We were pleased to cooperate with you for nearly 2 years and deliver a broad range of services, from consulting and registration of your company to hiring and managing your employees in 8 countries. Within this period, we approached our collaboration with customer-first vision, diligently managing payroll, ensuring legal compliance, supporting migration process, promptly processing requests from your side, and handling other issues. As an EOR provider, we also expect customer companies to fulfill the agreement and cover the service fee and other related payments in a timely manner, for us to be able to pay out salaries to the customer’s employees punctually. Despite recurring payment delays from your side, we made sure those did not impact your employees and took care of their paychecks as if they were our own team.
We regret that we had to terminate the contract with you, and did everything possible to preserve the image of your employer company, making the termination process smooth and stress-free for you and your employees alike, and providing the most beneficial terms possible for you as our client.
