I searched for a non constipation iron supplement And and this this particular product did not work in that regards for me.

Active iron is great for maintaining energy levels. Easy on the digestive system unlike other iron supplements out there.

Gentle and Easy on Stomach
I recently found out I have an iron deficiency causing anemia again. I have struggled with this off and on for 10+ years. I have been taking the Active Iron supplement for 2 to 3 months. I have had no side effects from taking this supplement. Typically, I have to have an iron transfusion IV because I haven't been able to tolerate an oral form of iron but I can honestly say this product is gentle and easy on my stomach. I will know more in another month when I get my bloodwork done again.

IT'S A GREAT PRODUCT!
My score is a 4 only because I experienced muscle ache with the product as I have with previous iron pills. However, I give the product a 5 for the effectiveness of the product. I could feel the change in my level of tiredness as I took the product. Also, I did not experience any stomach problems as I have with other products. IT'S A GREAT PRODUCT!!!!

Iron supplement is not gentle on your stomach
The iron tablet did not suit me. I experienced severe stomach issues after taking just one dose of this supplement.
The experience was no different from all other vendors.

Easy on stomach
My stomach is very sensitive to iron tablet, but surprisingly this one is so mild and I am able to take daily twice for this whole week.
I recommended my sister and she had same experience 👌🏼

It arrived on time, very happy
It arrived on time, actually earlier than expected and it appears to work! I take one a day on an empty stomach with juice and after three weeks feel better.

Gentle pill.
I read the add and the reviews before purchasing. Shipping was fast. The product has been gentle to my stomach. No side effects so far. Too early to notice the benefits.

I’ve suffered with low iron my entire life and this was a great concern to me once I fell pregnant. Having tried other leading brands and seeing very little improvement, I decided to try Active Iron Pregnancy Plus. Now coming to the end of my third trimester I can safely say that I have returned to this product each time. I have noticed an improvement in my iron levels; I have more energy and I know I’m giving my baby all the nutrients they need in three easy to swallow tablets.
Active Iron tablets are so good that they has joined my essentials in my hospital bag.
