Active Heating & Renewables Ltd Anmeldelser

I’ve been using Active Plumbing for many years now for Landlord boiler service and gas certificate.

I have also used for personal home services

Tom and team have never failed me.

Costs are in line with market rates and always exceptional service and advice.

Active Plumbing go the extra mile to make sure the customer understands the issues and is happy; their service is always first class.

Excellent experience from the initial enquiry to after service. Highly recommended.

This company installed our boiler 3 years ago and we are entirely satisfied with their work. They service the boiler once a year and are helpful, efficient and pleasant. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

A job well done from Active ! Would definitely recommend.

Looking after our boiler. A fast and reliable service as always!

At short notice the company sourced a bathroom sink and associated fittings for me and carried out the relevant plumbing work in their usual highly efficient and effective manner with the minimum of disruption. An excellent end result and I heartily recommend this firm to all concerned with special thanks to Emma-admin-and the plumber whose work was so impressive.

Excellent service… both through install and annual boiler service one year later. Always reliable and leave the work area clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend.

John came to service my boiler (installed by AP&H last year) and just after I had shown him where the boiler was situated upstairs I collapsed at the top of the stairs and called to John for help. He assisted me down the stairs to the living room and got me a drink. Having satisfied himself that I was suitable recovered he then proceeded to service my boiler. Subsequent to Johns departure Emma phoned on two separate occasions to check up on me. THATS WHAT I CALL SERVICE!! THANK YOU John & Emma.

John from Active Plumbing came over to carry out our annual boiler service. He was very professional, courteous and tidy. We then had a follow up appointment with Tommy after discovering a cracked sink pipe and he fixed it with ease. Again, very professional and so efficient. We are so happy with Active Plumbing & Heating. We will book in again.

Great service

Always a quick efficient service, and works in a tidy manor.

As usual they were very good. Prompt and efficient.

The whole team are just so professional, trustworthy and super friendly. As a regular customer I don’t think they know any other way.

Good communication. Excellent local business

Many thanks to Active Heating for their brilliant installation of our new gas boiler. Tom provided us with detailed knowledge of our heating requirements, answered all our questions in layman terms and provided us with excellent backup. We now have a boiler which is not only more efficient, but far more cost effective and far better for the environment.

Job well done. Recommended!

Professional and know all the products on the market.

Always do a great job what more can you ask

Had a new boiler and hot water cylinder installed by John and Tommy who are such professional and friendly lads. They worked nonstop throughout 2 very long days. Kept me informed of what was happening and why by using videos and photographs. A leak was spotted that I wasn’t aware of which has saved us a very unpleasant accident in the future. They tidied up well and we had some tuition on how to use the new system before they left. I received a message from John the next day to check all was ok. It was a fantastic service from Emma organising the installation to John and Tommy completing the job. I will certainly be recommending Active Plumbing and Heating to my friends and family. Thank you for doing such a great job!
