They wont stop ringing no matter how many times I say stop ringing.

Vendeurs de rêve !!! Fuyez fuyez fuyez !!! ARNAQUE DE GRANDE AMPLEUR !!!
Voici les problèmes rencontrés :
- le mail de la personne qui vous vend le service disparaît mystérieusement
- 5 interlocuteurs en 6 mois
- courriers bourrés de fautes et dans un français approximatif
- aucun résultat
- pas de réponses claires à des questions pourtant simples et ça fait plus d'un mois que j'attends qu'on m'appelle pour répondre à mes questions et rien du tout
- ils reconnaissent qu'ils n'ont été bons mais aucun remboursement ni compensation
- on vous dit qu'aucune intervention ne se fait auprès de la banque et c'est la première chose qu'ils font, ça dure 3 mois et après au bout de 6 mois ils vous disent "fin de contrat, on arrête notre travail" et pendant la moitié du temps ils font des choses qui servent à rien...INCROYABLE d'être manipulateurs à ce point.
La liste est encore longue. Pour prouver tout ce que j'annonce, je vous invite à m'écrire en allant récupérer mon mail dans l'avis google et je vous montrerai les preuves de ce que j'avance.
Cette entreprise a la malhonnêteté dans le sang, c'est pas possible. Sous leur air bienveillant, c'est de la foutaise puisque aucun résultat n'apparaît à la fin et le respect n'est pas là...
Ne perdez pas votre, votre argent et votre énergie. Ça ne sert à rien.

ACTION REFUND IS A SCAM COMPANY - They rang me 4-5 times every week for 2,5 YEARS after I contacted Action Refund and said no thanks. I lost a considerably amount of money to a scam company and I contacted Action Refund. He almost got rude to me for questioning their abillity to get my money back. These guys live by giving people who lost their money a false hope to regain their money. How should they get your money back? Writing the scammers to give back your money? Treathening the criminals? Nobody - except lawyers or maybe police authorities, can get your money back. And that is a faint hope. They are calling from numbers around the world to make you answer the phone. Some times they reveal themselves by sending a brief presentation of their purpose to contact them.
If the reviews on Trustpilot are made by people who only have one review, it is probably fake. Note how many none detailed shallow reviews that are put on Trustpilot.
Realize that your money is probably lost and learn that these scammers thrive by taking your money and give you false hopes knowing that they cannot recover your money ...

They won’t stop calling after I told them SO MANY TIMES THAT I AM NOT INTERESTED! This morning I woke up to them calling AGAIN after I blocked their number weeks ago. Obviously, I did not pick up and sent them straight to block.

Hey Action Refund! Are you crazy or what? This is not how a normal company works! Which further tells me that you all are 100 % SCAMMERS!

SO STOP HARRASSING ME AND GET A LIFE!

I became a victim of fraud in October 2023, when I invested my life savings with 2 different companies, both of whom stole my funds and blocked accounts. As a senior citizen, this is very distressing. I went to the police but they are unable to do anything about it because the crime didn't happen in their jurisdiction.
Sometime later I heard of Action Refund and contacted them. The first thing they did was to make sure it was a valid case with proof of the fraud. They assured me that it was and assigned me a case manager, Aisha. She helped me supply all the relative pieces of information and compiled a letter for me to send to the bank through which my funds left. Aisha was transferred to a different department and Carlo Garcia took over my case. He lost no time in determining that the bank was not responding in the desired way and composed a letter to a financial complaint authority in my country to take it another step further. I have spoken many times to Carlo on the phone, he always gets in touch when I have questions and answers them clearly. Carlo also helped me file an electronic claim with a crypto exchange which was tricky and time consuming. He remained cheerful and supportive throughout the exercise. He is a delight to work with and really cares about the situation of the victim (me!).
I am confident that with the help of Carlo and Action Refund that i will be able to recover enough of my lost funds to be able to resume a less stressful life. Thank you in advance Action Refund and Carlo in particular.

Im Oktober 2022 habe ich einen Vertrag mit Action Refund abgeschlossen Laufzeit halbes Jahr .Es passierte außer 3-4 Mails die Ich weiterleiten sollte nichts, auf Nachfragen wurde spät bis gar nicht reagiert jetzt wurde eine Velängerung des Vertrages angeboten mit guter Aussicht auf erfolg . Für mich stellt es sich so da, man bezahlt und der Vertrag wird im Zeitrahmen ausgessesen . Ich kann Action Refund nicht empfehlen . Selbst die örtliche Polizei warnt vor dieser Firma.

Mi hanno chiesto il 10% dell'importo perso con la garanzia del 100% che mi recuperavano i soldi persi!
Sono stato fregato e mi hanno fregato anche loro i soldi!

They took their fees and left you high and dry! Absolute con game ! Beware! This is a sophisticated con and you may fall for it. You will never recover any money and only lose more!

Action Refund takes your case for a deposit and agreement for a percentage - that is not their model. For $2000, they will send a few letters, and request more money. Just the other side of the model of the people who did the initial scam.
Save your money, don't get taken in again.

I think this guy Paul are patient, nice and helpful. I am an old woman, hopeless with tecnical things, but Paul always guide me in a nice way! Paul finds solutions to my problems, always in a nice and understanding way!

They are a professional scammers. Don't trust on their lies. You will lose more money... Be Aware of that!

Paul the person working on my fraud case is in constant contact with me and tries to guide me as best as possible on the way to getting my money back.
