It is very useful for those people, who "make and break the promises", lack of consitency, lack of focus, less willpower. The sessions are worth it. I took this 5 day course. Cost is very reasonable. Anyone can afford. I will definitely recommend it to many of my friends and family. It is a good course for anyone who is stuck in an infinite loop of procrastination, unmotivated, or wants to kick start their journey towards their goal after a long break. Akash's words are not sugarcoated. He show us the stark truth . Also his words are motivating and inspiring. A very friendly approach. His EFT technique is very very simple, even for children.
