Painful ear buds.
The sleep ear buds are advertised as being pain free when sleeping. Absolutely NOT! These are extremely uncomfortable when laying on your side. Yes, they do the job of noise reduction but the discomfort outweighs that. The customer service was next to useless. I explained in full detail about the issue and apart from a generic email response, they did noting. A very expensive mistake.

Everything about ACS is fantastic.
The products are flawless.
I own custom ear plugs and in ear monitors.
The quality and performance of both is exceptional.
Customer service is also something to write home about.
They're very transparent about lead times (which they achieve) and their communication is impeccable, whether it regards product information or order queries.
Plus everyone I have spoken to, either by email, over the phone or in person at various expos, has been really helpful and knowledgeable.

I had musician's ear plugs which are working very well.
The stage can be very loud so they're invaluable.
They do feel a little bit tight and are quite hard to insert, but that could be the fault of the impression.

Seamless service
Everything was really easy. I ordered online, and found the coupon and in-person specialist to do the ear moulds. Left them to send them off to ACS.
A couple of weeks later my perfectly fitting ear plugs arrived in the post. Super happy

It takes a while to arrive but the process was seamless and the product as well as the fit is awesome.

Great service and a fantastic fit.
The whole process from ordering to having my ears moulded through to receiving my ear protection was very easy.
I now have perfectly fitting hearing protection that I can wear for eight hours a day at work, when I play gigs with my band or watching a gig.

The procedure for my fitting was easy and over in no time. They were helpful and explained the tech behind the buds and how to upgrade if needed. Which i have every intention of doing so.
