Acowebs Anmeldelser

Bought a plugin for a client and needed some customization (some code snippet) for a special use case...
Got 2 snippets immediately which solved my "problems" right away.
Will definitely recommend these guys, their plugins, their customer service... TOP NOTCH!!! Thank you so much

Great Company. Great Plugin (Product Addons).
If something doesn't work as expected, the support will find a way to make it work.

The support has been amazing!! in minutes they were able to login into the backend and sort complicated formulas to achieve a very complicated pricing structure!

Excellent, well thought out solutions backed by truly helpful and responsive support.

I love the APP! - Woocommerce Custom Product Addons — Single Site - Lifetime Updates

It's so user friendly and easy to use. I love that it keeps me

Was having an issue with a product on my website. Granted them access and they quickly found the issue and emailed me instructions on how to fix the issue. Professional, fast and extremely helpful, no time wasted. Would definitely recommend!

Super friendly support and good value for money with the WCAP plugin considering the features it offers. My query was resolved quickly and effectively.

Their support is fast and resolves issues quickly.

I’m using their Product Options Shopify app. The forms are very customizable. The options and use cases are really broad. It’s a little daunting to use because it’s so powerful and there’s so much that can be done. The customer service is really good though. They helped me resolve many problems and implement many unorthodox requirements for my website. The price for the vast customization is so good compared to other similar apps. I’d highly recommend this app and company if you need really customizable options.

Acowebs responded to my support request within a day and they added a fix for my issue within another 2 days. These guys are very active and helpful! Great plugin too. It does exactly what we need it to do.

After running into some issues migrating our customizations made for the Woocommerce Custom Product Addons to the new version (which warned us *before* updating that this had fundamentally changed), I contacted the support over live-chat, and had an initial answer within minutes, and even a link to some extra (internal) documentation. This did not completely solve my issue, but the next morning I had a developer response complete with code sample. A (rare) great experience with actual people who try to help you!

Their product add-on plugin works really well with a lot of feature. Their customers support also very helpful with real person answering all the questions. I truly like it

We have a shopify site hawaiiansouthshore.com and the Acowebs Labeler product labels had an issue. We emailed them they replied a few hours later and took care of the issue. What more can you ask for. I wish they have more shopify apps. looks like a lot of apps for woo cart.

The plugin is useful and adapted to our needs. We needed help to set some settings and the support team was always there to help. We are very satisfied!

I’m using three different plugins from Acowebs – and I’m absolutely thrilled.
No conflicts with other plugins or my theme, intuitive settings, and a beautifully simple user interface make every single one of them a pleasure to work with.

The real showstopper is the Add-Ons plugin. I’ve tried every other add-ons plugin out there – one even calls itself “ultimate” – but nothing comes close to Acowebs. Even the style settings are a dream: one click and you get beautifully designed layouts with an outstanding user experience for my customers. It’s so incredibly powerful and brilliantly designed that it outshines anything else on the market – by a mile.

And the cherry on top? Their support. Lightning-fast, genuinely focused on finding the right solution for the customer, and always there when you need them. They’ve helped me through every configuration challenge with patience and expertise. This level of service is rare – and I’m beyond grateful for it.

Great customer service and help with a small issue - very, very patient and concise with their explanations.

I am a part time wordpress website creator for local businesses and I also run a woocommerce based printing business of my own. Printing business websites are notoriously difficult to create due to all the different types of pricing structures for different items.

I purchased Acoweb's Dynamic Pricing, PDF invoices, and Custom product addons.

Let me say that these are the BEST plugins I've seen. I have tried ALL of the product addon plugins available on code canyon and none of them can hold a candle with Acowebs.

The icing on the cake is the awesome support given by the Acoweb devs. It does take about a day due to the time zone difference, but that's to be expected.

Great plugins and great service!

Excellent support and great functionality!

I’m extremely satisfied with Acowebs! The app works perfectly and delivers exactly what it promises. I had a specific request regarding badge display, and the support team was outstanding — fast, attentive, and professional. They resolved my issue with great care and attention to detail.

I highly recommend Acowebs, both for the quality of the app and the excellent customer support.
Thank you, Acowebs!

Even in times of AI, Google & Co., nothing beats the support of real experts.
This plugin has been the foundation of our webshop for over 4 years – and it's still evolving and getting better.
Thank you for your outstanding service!
