Ordered for this company and they sent it to the wrong address, not my address. I messaged them with no response. I think they took my money and did not ship anything.

I ordered a shirt in June and have not yet received it. Their response is exactly the same as another "false" company called Socialepiphany where I ordered some glass purple hummingbird feeders in March and have never received. First they say it's returned by our local post office (false tracking number), then say I can only have a partial (half) refund as they need to recoup their shipping fees and product loss.

They only shipped 1 of the 5 items and then told me to check with my neighbors or postal service. The one item I received is garage and the sizes are incorrect. Terrible customer service. They stole my $.

Do not use this company, you will pay for one thing (a fake cut and pasted picture it turns out) and receive another (I ordered a vibrant rainbow shirt with a collar size M and received a grey tee shirt size 3x!) . Still dealing with customer service but appears to be a scam.

Took over a month to get here. The sizing chart was off by about 4 sizes. I immediately contacted them and was told that I received what I ordered. I explained that I went off of their size chart and it’s wrong. They offered me $6. They will not accept them back.

They charged me $40 on a $10 dollar shirt. I never received it. Refused to give me a refund. Instead they said they would send another one but would have to “pay for their loss”
Never actually received the tshirt.

It took over 4 weeks from ordering to finally receive my clothes from Italy. The have Garbage clothes that are not as described. They refused to provide a refund of an item that was no where near the picture described online. They negotiated a refund of the price and have really poor customer service. DO NOT USE this company.

I adore this dress. The vintage floral design is wonderfully charming and elegant. It's a beautiful blend of bright colors that adds a lively touch. Plus, the v-neckline and button-up style offer a classic, yet modern look. It's perfect for any occasion, and I receive lots of compliments whenever I wear it. Truly an excellent addition to my wardrobe!

I am still in dispute with the company seeking a refund on a tatty blouse that was described as cotton linen and is polyester, sent from China, no tags. The stitching is irregular there is a join in fabric across the front that doesn't match up and it has threads hanging on the seams. They first of all offer $2, then they say $4 then after that $6 is where I am up to at the moment. They say to return it at my own cost. They are clearly experienced crooks and must get away with this over and over. Please do not waste money. The pictures do not reflect the actual garments and the descriptions are incorrect.

When I asked to return I had to get good old PayPal involved they wonted to give me $11 on a $79 order as compensation. I returned the items but had to send to China not the USA costing £25. I finally got a refund

Avoid! I ordered a linen top. When it arrived (from China) it was cheap polyester. Truly awful. I asked to send it back for a refund and they have refused and offered me $3 in compensation- I paid $34 for the top. They even suggested I sell it to a friend to make up the difference. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! The conversations I have had with their support have been hilarious! They even suggested that the refund amount would have to come out of ‘their own meagre salary’ what sort of company is this? Certainly not the smart American company with the gorgeous web site they present to the world.

The clothes quality is super cheap, worse than Shein. They come from Hong Kong (not the US) with no tag.
