Do Not Trust This Company
I had a very frustrating experience with this company. I submitted a loan application and provided my personal information, but I never received any follow‑up. When I contacted customer support, I was told that my application had been withdrawn, even though I never requested that. I also could not reach a manager or supervisor to address the issue. Overall, the lack of communication and transparency was concerning. I would advise others to proceed with caution.

Best loan experience I've ever had
From start to finish, this was by far the quickest and easiest loan application we have ever done. Krystal was easy to work with, answered all of our questions, and found us the best solution to meet our needs. Would definitely recommend and do business with again in the future!

Was just fishing around looking and received a call from Achieve by Mellisa Harold who worked tirelessly to get me the best deal she could, AND SHE DID!! the process was easy, not exhausting like it is when your at an actual bank. She made me feel very important and aimed to please me. Walked me thru some steps i needed to close the deal and WHALA..CONSOLIDATION LOAN DONE, with a little cash in our pocket too. SHE WAS THE BEST!!

Aggressive lender who wants you to basically complete a loan before they will even let you know terms and rates. I dont trust and wont do business with someone who wants me to officially agree to something on a recorded line then tells me off record not to worry about it thats not how they do things. Red flags all over

Don't trust them
Don't trust them, once the money hits the dashboard it cant be canceled. Thats what they told me about the loan. And they made the rate really high like 27.99%. Im never trusting them again.

First I would say the process was easy…
First I would say the process was easy and fast to take care of my program with Freedom Debit Relief. But after all was paid off and got my final terms I am paying over $100 more a month. Plus an interest rate of 28 percent and almost $7000 added to the loan to Freedom. If they really trying to help you they shouldn't have loan shark rates. I let them know when they sent me an email with the final numbers. A person was trying to contact me but failed. Through 5 emails so far I have explained my availability and asked when his was. Same canned email back that he couldn't contact me. No real answer to me emails.
Update. So again they failed to read my emails about my availability and tried to contact me at 1221am.
