This place is OBNOXIOUS with their calling. I received 17 calls from them in a 6 minute span. This includes when I was on the phone with them trying to talk to someone! They were rude when I was talking to them and did not seem to want to listen to what I was telling them and were pushy. When I kindly asked to be taken off their call list and that I was not interested in doing business with them; their response was NOT professional in saying, "The feeling is mutual". Which was funny to hear considering I was nice and respectful and he was not. Their employees need training on how to handle someone who is respectful and need to not be pushy and rude.

it was overall a horrible experience with them and have zero desire to do business with them.

I was looking at loans so that I could do some additional home improvement options.

The 1st company I dealt with stated that because of an existing Heloc loan that we took out to replace a 18 year old A/C and furnace unit that they were unable to approve us.

I Googled Heloc loans and Achieve popped up so reached out and dealt with advisor Todd Raccuglia who stated all they needed to do was increase the amount of the loan request to cover the payoff for the 1st Heloc loan as well as one of our vehicles that had a little bit higher interest rate (I was told my Todd that they would even set up the payments directly to the auto loan company and the bank that had our Heloc loan.

Wow, someone that can think outside the box and provide a solution.

I was kept in the loop the whole time through emails as well as text messages and that anytime a new step had to be completed I was immediately notified.

My loan Processor was Monique Guzman and again, more people keeping me in the loop as well as coordinations with the notary for making sure all the paperwork was filled out to get the loan payout completed.

Side note, I did my due diligence by focusing on reviews (Both the positive and the negative and Achieve has (Out of over 12K reviews) a 4.8% overall rating with 90% 5 star satisfaction rate customers and 2% 1 star reviews.

And with full disclosure I started to type this up on (4/6/2026) the day before I was to receive the funds to make sure everything was in order.

Ok, April 7th and the funds are now in my bank as per the agreement.

April 8th: Received receipt that our previous Heloc loan was paid off.

April 10th our car was paid off.

So as we speak everything has been EXACTLY as stated.

Kelsey was so professional and kind. One thing I really liked was she wasnt pushie. She took the time to explain the process and my options.
She was also very patient as well worked through some tech issues, my end, not hers. She made the process do able. She needs a raise!

First and foremost Brianna Apger ❤️👍🏾 is a jewel she truly assisted me made my journey into this loan process comfortable & realistic, my Life feels a little lighter because of I actually see the process shaping from monitoring the dash board.

The company lives up to it's duties of assistance to hard times & making dark times become a way out of that stage I was in so thanks Brianna & this company.!!!
