Ace Optics Anmeldelser

Great service, whilst the postage was a little pricey it arrived the following from Bath to a small village north of Aberdeen

Fantastic service, next day delivery, great product,
Ace scope cover for ATX 85, perfect fit, no velcro, well padded, should last for years.

Item purchased was as advertised, and arrived when expected, hence 5 stars.

A great company to deal with, efficient, quick delivery and good prices

Brilliant service and very helpful, scope as described and delivered next day, securely packed. Thankyou

A very smooth online transaction and very helpful staff on the phone the next day when I had to request a change in delivery method. Highly recommended company.

Fantastic customer service and advice when purchasing a spotting scope for my dad. Highly recommend

My order was delivered the next day after ordering. I decided to return my order and a refund was made in a quick manner. No issues.

Excellent binoculars, excellent service and arrived after just two days, very happy with them,

Promp well packed. Avian binoculars compare them with £2000 ones there's not £1500 worth of difference .
I bought a pair over thirty years ago and they are still fine I have given them to my son. And treated myself to some new ones. 0

Great service product exactly as described.

Brilliant service. I can highly recommend ace optics.

I've now purchased 3 items from Ace Optics and received 1st class service and advice each time. 2 of the items were secondhand, were exactly as described and delivery was prompt. I also received sound impartial advice on how to get started digiscoping. Thanks!

I found this company delt with me in a good and business like manner. If I need any further optical equipment I wouldn't hesitate to use them.

I bought a vintage Leica lens over the phone after reading the description online describing it as being in very good condition. However the lens wasn’t as described. The optics were good but the focusing helicoid was dry as a bone. It had play and it squealed when turned fast. Which being dry was hard not to do. But I had a project to get on with so despite their offering me a refund or repair I didn’t have the time to spare. I appreciated the offer to resolve the issue but really cheesed off that they didn’t inspect and describe it properly in the first place. And I appreciated them accepting a lower offer than the advertised price. If I had known the issue though I wouldn’t have bothered or would have negotiated a price that accounted for a prompt CLA. Lenses are hard to show clearly in photos and some aspects are completely reliant on the words. Hence I’m inclined to use this platform to push for a basic level of accuracy and clarity especially with valuable used items.

Great choice competetive price and arrived very quickly

A simple ordering process and timely delivery all contributed to a very acceptable order process.

Fast, efficient service, goods received extremely promptly.
