Ace Optics Anmeldelser

First class service.

The young man who answered my telephone call was extremely helpful in explaining the options to connect my camera to my scope. He obviously had experience of the problems and how to solve them. Thank you.

Helpful and useful discussion/communication. Prompt delivery to home address.

Well packaged, delivered promptly

Ace were very responsive, delivered the item promptly and were kind enough to confirm the address, which I’d input incorrectly. I would definitely recommend using them.

Everything went very well except for DPD who left a £2K "cannot be left safe" package outside my front door without even ringing the doorbell. Haven't these drivers heard of doorcams? I have the whole delivery on video.
The actual package was great, I'm very pleased with it.

Good communication and next day delivery to Scotland. Always cautious on buying online based on a magazine review but the bins more than lived up to it and I've enjoyed using them so far.

My purchase was exactly as described: it arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. I was kept informed of the delivery process and given a time window for the delivery. I am very pleased with my purchase and the price I paid for it. Many thanks for the great service.

The service was fast and efficient, and the prices very competitive. The scope I ordered arrived quickly and safely. I recommend Ace Optics, and would certainly use them again.

Quick to process order and kept me informed of progress and tacking.
The item was well packed for protection.
Very pleased with the product.

At Ace Optics, customer service is excellent. Very good information is given re products and good advice is also given.

Excellent quick service. When I requested a spare eyepiece cover for the missing item it was dispatched quickly and without fuss.
Reccomended.

Very helpful and very knowledgeable staff. I have used this company on a number of occasions and have always been impressed.

Website is easy to navigate, purchasing easy, packaging excellent. All in all, a top company in the optics world. Thank you.

I ordered a used Leica Apo 62 - telescope from Ace as a like for like replacement for one I had damaged after 20 years of very heavy use.
I could not be happier with a second hand replacement Leica Apo from Ace Optics. It is absolutely perfect, just like new. The telescope is pristine, sharp and bright as the day it was made.
The delivery was good too, it was ordered on Friday and delivered on Monday - this is really fast especially considering I live in a very remote part of the UK. Well done ACE. Brilliant service and product.

My first time using the online order for second hand Swarovski bino's that had a Christmas discount applied. Very straightforward and easy to navigate the process.
A problem occurred with the carriers this was resolved by Ian without any fuss and I would recommend Ace Optics.

Excellent service as usual: this is my third online purchase from Ace Optics, and Ian and his colleagues always go out of their way to be helpful, and to despatch orders promptly.

Great price and fast delivery, very responsive to queries and super helpful, would recommend

Great service and very competitive price. Will definitely order from them again.
