Best customer service. I ever had wonderful people.
I was happy with the service

Carol and Brandy at the Eubank store in Albuquerque are both very professional and friendly. Never had a problem with either of them. However .....your customer relations at your main office is pathetic. I sent 3 messages via the support link and have not gotten the answer I expected. Very rude..Azhmel or whatever his name is. Not one person responded with an actual answer when they responded via email. These are canned responses and nobody takes the time to address the concern that I had. My very first message clearly stated my concern but all I've gotten was the same exact canned responses with no explanation to my concern whatsoever. Ridiculous.

I visited this location and was pleasantly greeted by your staff. I was nervous about applying but Ms. Aleshia made me feel at ease. The process was done in a timely manner and I walked out feeling better than when I walked in. Thanks Ms. Aleshia for great customer service.

Soooo, I pulled up. Been coming to ace for a while more times that I could remember them at the place out in San Bernardino employee named Cici, terrible,customer service, bad attitude. Checked all my information with an attitude all at the same time I asked for her name she asked me why, I was asking. the review would have been ok and would have gave more pero the attitude and over all she made it seem that I was like cashing a fake check. Won't be coming to this place again. I would appreciate if a supervisor or manager would have a talk with her. Been waiting 20 minutes and still waiting 4.:23 4:44 4:45 pm 3/22/24 . Good job to the other girls. The seemed ok. Finally out 4:30 took half an hour to verify!!!

Dorothy Soler is such an amazing customer services representative she's very knowledgeable on the company policies and rules. the store location I went to is 1569 14th street Brandon FL, 33511 Love her and will definitely come there when I need a loan.

My AceFlare acct.(NetSpend) was frozen due to suspicious activity...I attempted to access my mobile app and could not answer a security question to the satisfaction of the Artificial Intelligence which I assume posed the question as such information was at no time offered by me nor agreed upon with representation of protocol for security purposes regarding access and my identity. Mandy at the Eugene store has been most helpful in efforts to resolve the issue with stout insistence of my identity and rightful owner of the account. Her genuine desire to help me has kept me onboard. It is complicated and she could have let it go, because of technicalities, but chose to side with me, clearly demonstrating her willingness to grasp with exactness, the mitigating circumstances of my situation. Thank you Mandy. You've always stayed true to yourself. Excellent customer service! Bravo...
