Very professional, speedy and knowledgeable

They did national advertising and it did not yield one customer. The only people to respond were more people wanting my money to advertise. In short, they got negative results.

My credit card was charged, and I have no contact info for who I am supposed to work with for my EDGAR filing. No follow up from whoever is working with me. I had to pay in advance and I don't know what to do. They said someone would email me, but that did not happen.

Jen is amazing, I worked with her when she was at GlobeNewswire and she made the transition over to AccessWire impossible to refuse.

Nicole Rossi did an outstanding job of getting our account set-up and ready to generate our press releases. The platform is excellent also.

Before you even realize that they are unable to help you, you have to sign up for their program and you cannot get your money back. Avoid this place like the plague. Terrible customer service, terrible results. This was a giant waste of our money.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. After placing an order and paying an extra $100 USD for a article in USA Today, they informed me that the magazine was not available. Despite this, they refused to refund my money. To make matters worse, they blacklisted my account, removed it entirely, and have not responded to my calls or messages. This experience has been highly frustrating and feels like a scam. I strongly advise others to be cautious and avoid dealing with this company.

I'm only giving these chuds a star because I can't give them O stars. They are a bunch of creepy spammers pushing out fraudulent "scholarship" offers presumably that allow their "clients" to gather personal information for resale.

Anyone can appreciate service but when one person experiences the outmost attention is were Accesswires’s distinguished itself for the most helpful way possible to communicate the product’s service and prompt service. The customer’s service team made everything possible to meet any expectations including a rush to market Press Release.
