Whilst I feel that the arrangement fee was high, I cannot doubt that we had a high quality of service. Our representative was quick to respond, provided clear explanation, and replied to all our communications within a reasonable timeframe.

I had a great experience
I had a great experience. Amanda was friendly and explained everything clearly enabling me to make a good informed decision. The selected plan was perfect for my needs and I was able to secure my retirement. I didn't feel pressured in any way and the whole process was quick and worry free. I can't praise them highly enough.

TD talked us through the whole process and communicated to us when things stalled. CW assisted us through the unexpected period of the process and was very sympathetic to our concerns.

Access Equity Release is a fantastic helpful, friendly, knowledgable company that helped me understand how Equity Release would work for me.
I am so impressed with this company. Right from my first telephone call to them until completion of my contract. I found all the staff I spoke to very approachable, friendly and completely professional. The advisor, Thomas Dalton, who was appointed to me was excellent. He arranged a telephone meeting where he went into great detail about what Equity Release was and the pros and cons of what was entailed in obtaining it. He was very knowledgeable and was not at all pushy. He made sure I knew what the end product was, before I decided it suitable for me. His explanation was very clear and all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Once I decided it was what I wanted, Thomas took me through the next stages. If I was uncertain about anything, he was always pleased to help me.

Equity release with legal and general
Darron Blair made this a very easy transaction.
He advised me every step of the way , making sure i fully understood all the information.
I would highly recommend him to anyone that is going to release equity from their home.

Getting The Job done!
The most important thing that a good money broker can bring to the table is great service. Dean has done that. We stayed in close contact throughout the whole process and became friends that could openly ask questions as it happened. Dean's experience and expertise was a very welcome addition. Dean brings it to meet your needs.

Peace of mind
Dean took us through the process from the word go. We were anxious about the whole thing but he made it easier for us by answering all questions reassuring us and we were updated on every process of our application. We now have peace of mind as everything has gone through well.

Truly brilliant company to do business with. Equity release made simple
Tom made a quite mind bogglingly difficult process simple and straightforward. He was attentive, but never pushy, and explained everything in such detail that we could make informed decisions. He was understanding of our predicament and didn't turn a hair when we completely went about turn. Tom was friendly and a pleasure to talk to. So glad we picked Access for our equity release.
