I couldn't recommend a better beauty academy! I came across Lux on social media after hunting for lash extension courses, I enquired and spoke to the lovely Charlotte. I just had a baby and was dreading leaving her for a even a few hours, but once I was at Lux the hours just flew because I was enjoying myself so much! All of the staff are so kind and friendly and the training is spot on. The course took 6 hours and I walked away feeling confident and qualified! I'll be returning for the nail courses and I cant wait!

So I found lux while just browsing for some courses online and as soon as I clicked onto their website I fell in love, I had enquired with a few places and had never felt like they was ‘the one’ as I’m a real nervous and shy girl. I hadn’t a clue what I was enquiring about really but sent it anyway as I was going away for the week with my boyfriend, a few days in and I was contacted by the lovely Charlotte who made me feel so comfortable asking her anything and no question felt like a silly question at all, she followed my enquiry up for a few days chatting with me via voice note and She never rushed me for a reply and I really felt I had made a friend before I had even started, she went above and beyond to ensure i was on courses ASAP and even offered me the Dual Gel polish and Acrylic course which I was over the moon about. I started following all the girls and salon and i knew this was something special. So fast forward to the date, I was super super nervous I think I had even texted Charlotte worrying but again I was reassured about the small groups and 1-1 training, from the moment I stepped in everyone was so welcoming and I was just in absolute awe. I met Chantelle, Bethany, Natasha, Taz and Chrys, we was all given our own manuals and guides to take home, Chantelle sat with us for about an hour going over and into what we are going to be doing and what we will need as a basic kit, Theres no rushing through pages or talking over anyone, we are all asked if we have any questions or need any help all the time and the 1-1 support all of the girls give is incredible. You really do learn from the best! We also heard Bethany talk about her goals of a skin clinic and I saw how excited and driven she was and it really turned a light on for me. The theory and practical was perfect, so much detail but you don’t feel like you need to try and remember it all and best yet it doesn’t seem like a test or exam at all!!! Just room of a few girls having fun! You’re also given helpful tips and codes on website to help you and the group chat is so helpful! I’ve been back to do my Biab course too and that was insane!! Charlotte and Chantelle should be so so proud! You can tell every single girl WANTS to be apart of this and that speaks louder than anyone in the room! Can’t recommend lux enough! Every time I talk about my experience with Lux I get so emotional, the change in my confidence is crazy and my life goals have broaden so much! It honestly is life changing training, book now and become part of this amazing family!

I’ve completed one dual course with LUZ beauty and honestly could not rate them higher. They make you feel welcome straight away and the knowledge you walk away with is undeniable. The support you get after completing the course is also amazing and the support from the other ladies is great too! Such a good community feel. Definitely would recommend and personally cannot wait to do another course with them!

I passed my course in December and honestly it was the best thing I have done. I never believed being a nail tech could be a career but I was so wrong. Even though I do this on the side still it was still the best decision I have made. It has allowed me to peruse my love for art and being creative. Meeting new people along the way.
The training itself was the best. You learn absolutely everything you need to know all the theory, all the practical. My trainer Chantelle was so kind and so patient. After the course you are then added to an amazing engagement group with other students, sharing your work and questions etc. you become a family, one you didn’t know you needed until it happens.

I trained with Lux back in November on the Gel Polish course after previously doing one online somewhere else. I was taught by Chantelle and loved every minute of it she was so friendly and down to earth. She talked us through the course in depth and her skills were second to none. I honestly left the Salon that day feeling more comfortable and confident than I ever have doing nails. More recently I’ve decided to further my qualifications and have booked onto the BIAB and EFILE courses in a weeks time with Charlotte. I so can’t wait to meet and train with Charlotte the main face and owner of Lux. I 100% recommend them to anyone. If your thinking of training with them. BOOK NOW BEFORE ITS TOO LATE 💕

Amazing! Highly recommend ,The staff were soo friendly and helpful.I was really nervous about what the course would be like But the staff were so friendly they made me feel so comfortable.I could ask as many questions as I needed to.Now I am ready to get started practicing straight away 😍

I done a gel polish and acrylic course at the end of feb with Lux. I loved it so much I went on to do another two courses with them.
I’ve completed my efile course and build in a bottle course.
I recommend this academy to absolutely any one who’s looking to proceed in this industry. The support is next level. Not only are they with you for the course the after care is outstanding. Always someone on hand to give you the best advice.

I’m a mom to 3 kiddies, now building up my own business working my own hours, I couldn’t have done it without their courses or support.

Taking my online acrylic course was one of the best things I ever invested into, I’m now beginning my own business and couldn’t be happier! I was skeptical about doing an online course initially but Charlotte was only a message away if I needed any support or guidance and my online assessment with Chantelle was extremely helpful as she was happy to answer any of my questions on our live video. I was pleased to find after passing that I was added to a very welcoming support group with people who have also qualified with LUX which is great to have as it gives you more confidence in your work and your nail journey. I would definitely recommend taking a course at LUX and will definitely be going back to do more courses with them!

I could not rate Lux Beauty any more!! I made the decision to do an online course and, after looking around and doing some research, I decided to go with these ladies. I am so glad I did!!! They could not have been more helpful while I was learning a new skill, Charlotte was always happy to help and made me feel so so comfortable. Chantelle was so lovely during my exam, she made me feel so much ease and both of the ladies are still just as helpful today!! If you’re thinking of using Lux to train with then do it!

I’ve done 5 courses with LUX and I could not recommend them more! As soon as you step through the door you are out at ease, and it’s as though you’re having a day with friends, not a group of new people! All practicals and theory are in depth and no question is too big or small. The ongoing support from the ladies at the salon is next to none, they remember each and every student and encourage you along the way with your business. If you’re thinking of LUX - this is your sign to go for it!! They’re absolutely amazing!!!

Amazing team, friendly and made me comfortable from start to finish of my course and I did the whole thing online!!! My assessment was with Chantelle and I spoke to Charlotte regularly, both girls are so so friendly and they really know their stuff!! Family vibes the whole way xx

Best place I have been to the ladies are amazing and friendly. I did my dual course for acrylic extension and UV gel polish.

And I passed thanks to the lovely ladies down at LUX Beauty. Couldn't of asked for anyone better. These ladies will be seeing me again for the lash training 😁❤️

What a lovely group of girls. All welcoming and made me feel at ease. They gave us an indepth introduction to the course which we was studying: individual eyelash extension course. Then moved onto our own training heads and kit provided to use. With help from 2 trained girls for support throughout and monitoring. Then we had practised on each other. After we was reassured and given certificates and contact details to a private group for access for support if needed in the future. Shall definitely come back for more training. I completed my classic lash extension course today, and I’ve never left a place feeling so happy.
In October I fell very poorly, unexpectedly. I was diagnosed with a heart condition and needed emergency surgery. Since then I haven’t left the house on my own for a more than a short period of time. I have never been so nervous/anxious than what I was this morning but as soon as I walked in I felt at ease completely. For the first time I felt accepted and I was believed in, there wasn’t any pressure, it was relaxed and calm. The knowledge, support and guidance given today was incredible, not only today but the on going support given when you walk out the doors too.

The perfect course for anyone and everyone ready to enter the lash world!

Training with lux beauty training academy was the best decision I ever made, the support I received during the course and even after I became qualified was incredible! They really take you through each step and won’t move until they know you fully understand and feel comfortable.

An amazing training academy where ive qualified in gel and acrylics and efile .Excellent staff and training with a relaxed atmosphere which is great for the more mature student like myself .cant recommend the girls enough and always there to answer your questions and support you .

The girls at LUX are all so lovely and welcoming :) I did an online course through lockdown where I was sent all the materials I needed to train in acrylic and gel. I eventually ended up doing my assessment in the salon and Chantelle was so lovely and took us through the process step by step and I felt really confident when I came out. Thanks so much for everything and I will definitely be back soon :)

100% recommend Lux Beauty! Have done a few courses there now including the new BIAB course which have all been fantastic. Staff are super friendly and helpful during and after the course too!
