90% of Board decisions were in support of transportation companies and not the customer
Useless organisation created to support transportation companies like Metro A/S, DSB, Movia, etc. It's not working in favor of customers at all, despite that it was set up to be a mediator in disputes between customers and the transportation companies.

Just in 2023 alone, they had 143 cases to review:
- 90% or 128 cases were in favor of the Transportation companies
- 8% or 11 cases were in favor of the travellers (taxpayers)
- 3% were appeals, out of which 2% were appeals which were dismissed and only 1% (1 single case) resulted in an overturn of the case decision
You have higher chance to win when fighting against a wind in the storm, than winning a case in ABTM. Don't even waste your time (it takes about 4 months to get a decision) or 160 DKK fee that they charge you for reviewing your case. If you want to really get a meaningful result - ask your INDBO insurance for legal case support and launch a court case for the small claim at minretssag . dk - there you got a chance.
This organisation should be dissoluted and no taxpayer money should be wasted on it.
