I approached AB Sports therapy for help and advice to overcome very painful hip tendonitis and bursitis problems, which despite a steroid injection prescribed by a Rheumatologist, had not eased at all. From my initial appointment, through support, treatment and physiotherapy exercises, my movements have improved so well it's allowed me to be able to return to my walks and my gardening. Just started attending Reformer Pilates every week. Class is small and intimate, teacher is encouraging and gives options for different levels and always corrects and gives guidance where needed. Always feel I have achieved something.
