Having had a very positive experience with ABS for some work on my own home in 2023, I had no hesitation in recommending the company to my parents to replace an external door. Mum and dad are nervous when it comes to selecting contractors, so trustworthiness is essential. They could not be happier with the finished result! The contractors worked so cleanly, efficiently and were professional throughout. My mum has arthritic hands and really appreciated that the contractors adjusted the mechanism of the door to make it easy for her to use. So another 10/10 for ABS Home Improvements!

From quotation to installation, the whole process has been entirely smooth. Communication has been good throughout and ABS responded to any queries we raised in a timely manner. We were very happy with the quote they provided us for all of our windows, fascias and guttering to be replaced. The work has just been completed and we are so pleased with the result. The fitters arrived promptly each morning, cracked straight on and we were very impressed with the care they took and the way they cleared up at the end of each day. We would highly recommend ABS.

The standard of work was excellent, our window installation was far from a straight forward task. The team (from investigations, to quoting, to installation) were always polite and courteous and very keen to provide a fist class service. Mission accomplished. This is the third job ABS have completed for us - I'd highly recommend.

Emailed ABS Home Improvements to check they cover my area and arrange for someone to quote. Alex responded yes they do cover my area and we arranged a time for someone to measure up and quote. He arrived nearly 30 minutes late, measured everything, discussed in detail requirements. 3 weeks pass (it’s a big job hence I assumed it was taking longer to arrange a quote) I chase today for the quote. Response from Alex that he’s sorry for the delay, but I live out of area so they won’t be quoting for the works. Cherry picking work it seems, business is obviously good for them at the moment, very inconvenient, unprofessional and a complete waste of my time.

Very tidy job replacing the garage roofline. No mess everything cleared away. There was a very awkward end wall to cope with limited access but all done efficiently

This is the third time I have used ABS. This time it was for 3 more windows and a new front door. I am so very pleased with the final product, just what I wanted. From initial visit to installation everyone is so very helpful. Now I’m saving again for the next set of windows and I’ll be continuing to use ABS.

Great choice of doors and very knowledgeable salesman . The fitter was friendly and efficient. He fitted the door with very little mess and cleaned up before he left 👍

We’ve had all our windows and doors done by ABS and couldn’t fault them at all. They were efficient, friendly and thorough. The quality of the product is excellent and if there was a problem they sorted it out as soon as they could. The workmen left everything tidy and couldn’t be more helpful. The company went above and beyond in the end and we would recommend them to everyone.

This is the second time we have used ABS Home improvements. We don’t look anywhere else now . Their products, price and workmanship are second to none . Very efficient. Able to match well to the existing windows and reasonably priced. Really pleased with the look of the doors and the whole process.

Exceptionally professional,first class fitters who really know their job. Super quality aluminium flush windows and doors put in with the minimum of disruption, care and good client liaison. Could not have wished for better service.

A absolute joy to work with. Very knowledgeable and professional. Also unobtrusive and hardworking. Despite the fact they were replacing windows, we hardly noticed they were here! All completed in the anticipated timeframe and nicely cleared up after. I have no problem recommending them to my friends and family let alone strangers.

Excellent customer service from Alex and Martin and the ladies in the office.As for the men well they were great, especially Matthew , they are all a credit to the company.Always prompt, friendly and respectful and hard working.
They left each day clearing up and leaving it all nice and tidy everywhere.
Would not hesitate to recommend and will definitely use them again.keep up the good work folks!!!

ABS just finished our garage conversion for us 4 windows and French doors fantastic service from start to finish the fitters were very helpful and friendly and did a very good job, i would definitely recommend them fast and efficient

ABS have fitted windows, doors and facias of the whole house over a 5 year period. Very pleased with the work, from the initial fixed quotation (no dodgy salespeople ! ) to the installation and aftercare. Thoroughly recommend.
