I received a text from trustpilot to inform me a request I was soposed to have sent asking you to delete a review I posted, I made no request to delete any review can you please inform me what review you mean.

Leider hat ein Artikel auf einem weissen Hemd abgefärbt und wir mussten das Hemd entsorgen.
Ein entgegenkommen der Firma war ausgeschlossen.
Sehr entäuschend.
Da werden bei verspätung der Packete 10%Gutscheine zugestellt, aber bei so einem Fall gar nichts.
Was für ein Kundenservice.

Leider sehr schlechter Kundenservice,Paket wurde nicht geliefert,kein Ersatz,keine Rückerstattung,statt dessen wurde man noch belogen um den PayPal Fall zu schließen! Angeblich ist nur nach schließung des Falls eine Rückerstattung möglich...Leider auch danach keine Rückerstattung! Schämt euch! Bei so einem "Klecker Betrag"

ordered a pair of Karl sneakers, but I received an empty box instead. I immediately called customer service to report the issue, and I was told I have to wait up to 2 weeks for a resolution.

This is unacceptable. After paying for a product, receiving an empty box and then being asked to wait so long for help shows a complete lack of professionalism and respect for the customer. I hope the situation gets resolved soon, but my experience with this order has been extremely disappointing.

Es tut mir leid das ich jetzt was nicht so schönes schreiben muss. Ich habe heute eine Lieferung erhalten mit einem Marie Lund Pullover. Dieser Pullover ist dünn und lappig aber noch viel schlimmer er kam in einer simplen Papiertüte die aufgerissen war der Pullover war nicht noch in einer weiteren Tüte eingeschweißt, einfach reingeknallt Retourenschein zusammen geknüllt so das ich diesen vermutlich nicht nutzen kann. Für einen 80 Euro Pullover eine Frechheit. Ich warte noch auf die Rückmeldung vom Kundendienst aber sowas habe ich noch nicht erlebt!

Another scam of a company. Ordered two children’s dresses on 28th April, received despatched email the following day with expected delivery 7/8th May. So sign of package the tracking number given for fastway does not exist. And despite several emails have just received generic replies and their “customer service” phone number does not connect. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
I now have to re buy a gift after losing €75

Do not order from this webpage. The orders don't arrive on time or not at all. The customer service is not helpful and the phone line is not operating. Very disappointing since the company in Germany has a good reputation.

Absolute scam of a company. I’ve been trying to contact them the last 5 days regarding an order that hasn’t arrived and their customer service phone does not work, their automated response leads nowhere and the order was meant to come April 28th. It’s May 13th now and still nothing back from them. Do not, in a million years, give this company your money

Ordered twice, within a week. I received no contact when deliveries did not arrive on schedule. I made numerous calls to query the delay.Was told in both cases must be a "logistics issue" with Fastway IE likely experiencing "issues". Each customer service girl was no help, with terrible attitude, no apology. I asked why taking orders from IE if cannot deliver the items, but no answer received. Finally got the refunds after chasing customer service for 3 weeks, got one helpful girl in phone. Never again. Also the App would not accept payment, had to order on the website, apparently due to "tech problem" with IE App.

Ordered jeans and was given a delivery date , two weeks past the delivery date had no delivery and had absolutely no contact . Requested a refund and still waiting . Most likely a scam

Bought a jumper two weeks ago, got an email that is despatched , but the tracking number is not working. I emailed them about it, no reply.
If you can stay away from aboutyou Ireland! It's completely scam site!

Complete scam artists. Bought something for a relatives birthday over a month ago. Nothing arrived by end of delivery window provided. Contacted them 4 times via email, only receiving automated emails in response, their customer service number doesnt work, the tracking number they provided me is fake and doesnt show any info on the courier site. Id give zero stars if I could. Avoid like the plague unless you like giving your money away for nothing

Terrible service so far... two weeks since I got an email about dispatch with a tracking number. I still have no coat and tracking number still doesn't work. No reply from customer service and no reply from Fastway customer service either.

I placed an order for a coat & was notified when it was dispatched & given a tracking number for Fastway Couriers, but for six days there was no tracking information available. The coat arrived yesterday Oct 30th, 2024, & there is still no tracking information!!
The coat itself is exactly as described & the size is perfect, however the fabric is torn resulting in a hole beside one of the front pockets. I have contacted Aboutyou.ie & waiting for a reply.
Also, I received five other parcels in my delivery which were ordered by other customers at various parts of Ireland. All with Fastway labels, customer names, addresses & Eircodes!!
Aboutyou.ie quality control & packing department & Fastway Couriers have some explaining to do!!
Meanwhile these customers are expecting/waiting for their orders without a clue of where their parcels are, because I’m sure Fastway are not providing any tracking information as usual. I have notified both Aboutyou.ie & Fastway Couriers about this.
I have photographs of the torn coat & all the parcels which were ordered & paid for by other customers, so please reply promptly.

I just wasted a couple of hours finding some clothes, because they promised me 20% ekstra on certain item. When I was done and about to buy, they first wanted me to add the 20% to each product, so I had to remove and add every item again.
When that was done I went to the toilet for less then 5 minutes and when i returned again, there was some message about their the coupons/20% was put on hold.
So I called them to ask what the deal was, and a polite customer "service" guy said he did not understand it either. He said I could try again after the 5+ days when the coupons was not put on hold, but there was only 1-5 left of most of the items i wanted and the chance of any being left in 5+ days i slim to none.
Stay away from this site, you will pay more then you were promised.
