I had an excellent experience with aboutyou.gr. Delivery was fast and on time, the items were exactly what I expected, and the free returns really make shopping there worthwhile. Super smooth process from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Παράγγειλα παπούτσια χωριά το ότι ήρθε σε άθλιο κουτί μου το έφεραν και λάθος το χρώμα καμία σχέση αυτό που παρήγγειλα με αυτό που μου ήρθε

I shop clothes quite reguarly from About You and About You outlet. I never had any issues so far either with delivery or returns / refunds. I find the presentation of the clothes very good and they have a very wide selection of brands at really good prices.

Delivery may delay at times but that is not their fault since this heavily relied on the delivery company.

A site full of lies only and ruden#ss of their fr#aking stuff on the call center
First of all never gave me the gift from the competition 10th free because of their "option"....that on rules of the competition never said and I am still waiting for those ......
Second the fr#aking "workers" on the call center in Greece there T#RRIBLE ENTIRELY and I never seen a behavior so bad like that to have the rud#ness to speak like g#psy kids on the streets.

Αγόρασα παπούτσια Adidas αξίας 101€ και μου στάλθηκαν σε απλό κουτί κραφτ, χωρίς καμία απολύτως ένδειξη Adidas, χωρίς καρτελάκι, χωρίς στοιχεία γνησιότητας και χωρίς καμία ενημέρωση για το προϊόν. Η συσκευασία δεν είχε καμία σχέση με επίσημο προϊόν γνωστού brand.
Όταν επικοινώνησα τηλεφωνικά με την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών για εξηγήσεις, η απάντηση που έλαβα ήταν ότι «δεν έχουν εικόνα τι στέλνουν». Αυτό είναι ιδιαίτερα ανησυχητικό και δείχνει έλλειψη ελέγχου και επαγγελματισμού, ειδικά για προϊόν τέτοιας αξίας.
Η εμπειρία μου δημιουργεί σοβαρά ερωτήματα για τη γνησιότητα και τη συνολική αξιοπιστία της εταιρείας.
👉 Οι αγοραστές καλό είναι να είναι ιδιαίτερα προσεκτικοί πριν προχωρήσουν σε αγορά, ειδικά σε επώνυμα προϊόντα. Προσωπικά δεν θα ξαναεπιλέξω το κατάστημα ούτε το συνιστώ.

Fast shipping, very good price and best quality of product.

I'm buying products from about you the last couple of years. Although since half a year ago everything was fine, the last half a year I've been buying products that come to me either different product than the one I bought, or wrong size, or stained, or ripped!!! Without any compensation... I'm really disappointed although I really liked this company at first

Do not recommend to order from there. I waited more than 2 weeks for the order to arrive. Then when I returned it, they did not refund the money for more than a month blaming it on ACS and busy season. They were also not able to figure out what is causing the delay which was additional stress for me of whether I would even get back my money. Very unprofessional

Απαράδεκτοι. Προσπαθώ να επικοινωνήσω για επιστροφή μου και δεν απαντάει κανείς στο τηλέφωνο μέρες, δεν με χει καλέσει κανείς που έχω ζητήσει επικοινωνία και το λινκ που μου έστειλαν για επιστροφή χρημάτων δεν λειτουργεί !

Very happy with the waterproof parka. The quality is great, it’s stylish, and truly waterproof. Delivery took 10 days, but the item arrived in perfect condition. I would recommend this product.

So I ordered a pair of boots from the eshop and the delivery was just fine,BUT as soon as I opened my package there was a piece of paper that said "defective item" and I only needed few seconds to realise that the boots indeed was defective.I was so disappointed because these kinds of items were never meant to leave the warehouse.So I filed a return request for my package the same day and tried to speak with the customer service.The customer service was horrible!There was either the option of an AI generated service that couldn't answer to my specialised questions or to wait for about a week so human representative could reach you and tell you sorry on behalf of ABOUT YOU.The weeks pasted and i didn't hear from them,so i emailed them again so i could have my refund.After a looong time they answered to my mail telling me that for these kind of returns i would have to wait up to 6 weeks for my money. That's crazy coz there's not stated anywhere in the company's policy that refunds can take up to 6 weeks,they claim that it only takes up to 2 weeks.
And here we are today,5/1/2026,and i have still no updates from ABOUTYOU,I tried again to contact with the customer service and they had the audacity to tell me that they got my package on 27/11/2025 and they haven't even looked at it since then and to wait till Thursday which is the day when 6 weeks will have past.
In conclusion TERRIBLE SERVICE!

ολα ηταν οπως φαινοταν και ειναι πολυ σημαντικο

Έκανα την παραγγελία μου στις 7 Δεκεμβρίου. Έλεγε παράδοση 12-16. Το ήθελα για δώρα Χριστουγέννων. Όταν πέρασαν οι μέρες πήρα τηλέφωνο. Μου είπαν το φορτηγό κόλλησε στα σύνορα και δεν ήξεραν πότε θα έρθει. Μου είπαν σίγουρα έρθει ως τα Χριστούγεννα. Όταν πέρασε άλλη μια εβδομάδα ξαναπήραν τηλέφωνο. Η αγενής υπάλληλος μου είπε ότι δεν υπάρχει περίπτωση να τα.εχω πριν τα Χριστούγεννα και ότι το φορτηγό είναι ακόμα σταματημένο στα σύνορα. Ζήτησα να μιλήσω με κάποιο υπεύθυνο και μου απάντησε ότι δεν έχει κανένα διαθέσιμο. Της είπα θέλω να μιλήσω με τον ιδιοκτήτη της σελίδας. Μου λέει θα αφήσω μήνυμα και θα σας πάρουν. Ακόμα περιμένω. Τελικά ήρθαν 31 Δεκεμβρίου χωρίς καμία ενημέρωση. Η χειρότερη σελίδα και η χειρότερη εξυπηρέτηση πελατων
