I had a very good experience with Able Surveyors. Very reasonably priced compared to others I looked at and easy to obtain a quote.
Booking was simple and communication great.
The survey was completed quickly and was everything we needed.
Would recommend and use again if needed.
Thank you!

Great communication with a professional service of a high standard. Owing to our first sale falling through, we used Able Surveyors twice in a short space of time! Very happy and will definitely recommend and use them again in the future if needed. Thank you team.

Was easy to organise a time, well priced and promptly received clear survey - happy to recommend.

I had a great experience with Able Surveyors. They were easy to deal with, responded quickly to all my queries, and the turnaround time for the report was very quick. The whole process was smooth and efficient. I would happily recommend them.

Only note would be to introduce the surveyor taking the case to build rapport as I had a few questions to ask to the surveyor directly.

Dealt with request for prompt Level 3 and report quickly and efficiently. Local service. Very competitive pricing.

I reached out to Able on the 5th August, got a response the same day and the survey was booked on Friday 7th August for Monday 10th August, received the survey back Tuesday 11th August (Which says can take up to 4 working days).

Really impressed with how quickly this was sorted but also how detailed the report was from Dean, the price was also very competitive compared to other quotes I had received - Would highly recommend Able to anyone needing a survey done!

I used Able Surveyors for a survey on a property I'm in the process of purchasing. Their quote was very reasonable, and the communication was very smooth. I received the thorough report the day after the survey took place, which was a fantastic turnaround. The whole process from accepting the quote to report was in under 5 days! I would very much recommend them.

The service was very professional. Easy to book and organise. Survey done earlier than expected the report came through the next day. Really fast and detailed report.

Quick and painless. Able Surveyors were quick to communicate with us about the property seeking information that might help them with their survey. From the point of getting the quote, it was roughly a week before we had the survey in our inbox.

Dean provided us with a very detailed L3 survey report, which was arranged at short notice and report received far quicker than we were expecting. We are happy with the service and would certainly recommend to friends.

Level 3
Survey. Jack was excellent. His report was thorough, he was very helpful in explaining things that caused me concern and as the process for purchase is still ongoing has made himself available to answer any further enquiries. Report was sent next day and gave me everything I needed to sort before purchase. Highly recommend.

Really quick to respond to my enquiry and were then able to carry out the survey very quickly. I received the report from Ross Magee only a few days later and it is really comprehensive and easy to understand. Would highly recommend.

Quick and efficient service. They were very professional and helpful.

Able Surveyors were quick to get in touch with our vendors, arrange a survey, and provide a comprehensive Level 2 RICS report. This has given us the confidence to move forward with the purchase of our first home together, as we can more clearly see the condition of the property.

Fantastic price for the service.

I reached out to Able Surveyors to request a quote for my first home purchase. They responded promptly via WhatsApp with a competitive quote and were able to fit me in in the same week. Dean completed the report thoroughly and I was very satisfied overall with the service.

We have had a very positive experience using Able Surveyors. The survey was done on the Wednesday and by Thursday morning we had received the report. The report was clear and included photos taken of the house which was helpful. Their customer service has been brilliant. Also felt their pricing was very good for a level 3 survey. Would definitely recommend to others!

I found the service to be highly professional from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout, and the service provided was prompt and efficient. The survey report was clearly presented, with detailed findings that highlighted key risks and areas requiring urgent attention.

I would have no hesitation in using Abel Surveyors again in the future and would gladly recommend their services to others.

A very professional and quick service, who provided a very thorough overview of everything. Would highly recommend.

Dean provided a detailed and prompt Level 3 survey of a property we are hoping to purchase. We are satisfied with not just the level of attention but the speed at which this was arranged and completed. With competitive pricing too, we would highly recommend.

We used Ablesurveyors for a Level 3 survey on 06/07/2026, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Communication was clear and responsive, and they booked our survey in very quickly.

The report was turned around within just one day and was easy to understand, with everything explained clearly. Dean was also incredibly helpful, taking the time to answer and clarify all of our questions promptly.

The pricing was very reasonable, and the service exceeded our expectations. We would 100% recommend Ablesurveyors to our friends and family.
