After sale service not existent, even under warranty.
Once you pay and walk out with the product do not expect anything.

Parts stolen from the unit,
Initially promised (in writing) to return , but now refused despite of phone, email and personal contact.

Once you pay you are a nuisance.

Units failing and after sale service is non existent.
1)A new $10000 watercooled diesel generator 12 batery V switch failed under warranty. No offer off help, whatsoever, had to identify and fix it at my cost.
2/ Emergency 6 KW diesel generator kept failing until the starter gave up within warranty.Starter repaired only after 4x 200km trips to Able in Bently. Battery was not secured causing safety hazard and I was blamed for it as it was my responsibility to make sure the unit is safe before transport . Now I have to pick up the missing rods and fix it myself.

I have bought the 6Kw unit back to able in Bently 2x and been send back home without even looking at the unit despite of my diagnoses.
( Which were proven right) After the unit failed all together.

Only after 3rd trip they took the unit in and repaired.

My total cost for one simple repair
1/ 3x 200km to their factory and back with the unit.
2/ 3x halve a day wasted by disconecting loading and same in reverse .
3/ 1x 200km trip to pick up parts they forgot to install back while repairing it.
4/ On final fail loosing 500+kg of meat and my 80 years old mother suffering in 40⁰C heat.

No offer for even a voucher, nor appoogies, all we got just excuses and blame.

Thats just in a nutshel .
My suggestion check other webside with their review as the same pattern appears on many reviews .

Certainly we will not buy ever anything from Able again.

Mainly because of the service and attitude.

The team at ABLE where great from the moment I walked in the door. They took the time and answered all of my questions, then recommended the best product based on what I was looking for. The generator I bought was perfect and has bee running like a dream from the first time I started it

Initially did my research online and found their generators well priced with excellent features and performance specifications for the price. I did some research on others reviews and found mixed results but After speaking to a sales person on the phone I decided to take a chance and have not been disappointed. The quality is very good for the price and it starts first go every time and runs reasonably quietly and very smoothly for hours.

The back up service and information was A1, prompt returns of all my call, and items required, was dispatched that day

I've probably just ticked over 50hours use on this unit now with no issues. Pumps perfectly and consistently. it's a bit loud though. So keep that in mind

I’m ecstatic with my plate compactor purchase at Able machinery. The compactor is powered by a 4 stroke 5.5hp honda engine. Tough, powerful compaction and quieter. For a fraction of price compared to other brands I had in the past, I can’t believe how good this machine is. Definitely recommend Able plate compactors

I can't speak highly enough with the ABLE Sales team. Great product and service. The 160 CFM screw compressor I bought from them has performed beyond my expectations. It's way better than my old Rotair compressor. Reliable and silent operation. It has served my business very well. I definitely recommend ABLE Sales machines.

I bought this about 6 months ago to prepare to run my water pumps if a fire came my way. We haven’t had fire so it has been sitting in wait till yesterday when power went out at 8am. I also bought the automatic transfer switch and the generator kicked in and switched the power over within a minute and then ran all day powering my 2 fridges, a couple of computers, security cameras and internet modem attached to it and some phone chargers. It ran faultlessly for 10 hrs on about 2/3rds of a tank of diesel and it’s very silent. I had it roughly 40 metres from the house and couldn’t hear a noise even with doors and windows open.

GL901 9KVA diesel generator, purchased January 2019.
In October 2020, there is a fault, engine starts, turns off after a few seconds, pauses, after a few seconds starts again and this goes on... No power at all.
They try and tell me its a fuel solenoid, and would I like filters with that...so I buy all, 2 weeks later still not delivered. They say I must have mucked around with the settings. But that's not the problem. Many calls later, I need to travel from Fish Creek to Coolaroo, a 3 hours trip each way, return the motherboard/controller to them, nice people, they say they have checked it and its faulty, but will not replace it because the one year warranty has expired. One year warranty. Would I like a new one, $690 later... and downtime +++ And the job is on hold.. Now I need to complain to Consumer Affairs. I don't need this.

Able Sales is our go-to company if we need a diesel generator.

We needed a new generator to run the property during blackouts. The old one packed it in and we went online shopping! Most impressed with this company's friendly, non pushy sales manner.

Box arrived in about two days and had the gennie setup within the hour.
