Last Month i Use my card for payment in a restaurant but transactions declined after that i payed cash and then left after few minutes i receive a Message and Mail From tha bank that you have use your card 2 times and your amount is deducted from your account so i call my abl helpline number They told that yes this is bank fault or server error we will reverse your money back to your account within 48 hours next day is receive only 1 refund so again i contact with the bank and told them that i have receive only 1 transaction payment 1 is still pending so Abl agent told me we will highlight your complain so you will receive your 2nd transaction Also But Still I'm waiting for my payment many times i call abl helpline and also 2 times i visit Bank Branch and got the same answer your complain is highlighted within 1 2 days we will reverse your money its almost 1 and half month Very Bad Service...

Very bad .. no customer dealing services in Chakwal hospital road branch of this bank even though only 5 token are there and its about 2 hours they are sitting here …not satisfied poor customer service time wasting service
Reasons, why Allied Bank sucks:
Worst Bank ever :
- Sometimes transactions never happen, but money is deducted. If you argue with their customer support. They will not return your money back saying only one statement, your transaction never happened. If you ask why? They will say, we know it because nothing like is stored in our data base.
- Bad App management. Their App sucks alot. Buttons not placed at correct position, no guidance of available options. And some options doesn't seem to work.
- Random deductions per year, without letting us know.
- Which forces me to write this review: I tried taking out 1500 PKR from their ABL, came out that it was empty. Went to another bank this time, and took my 1500 out. And as usual the transaction message appears. Went to my ABL APP, came out, they deducted 1500 two times in a row while I took out 1 time only. INSANE BANK EVER, CHILDISH BEHAVIOR OF STAFF AS WELL.
NEVER USE THIS SHIT!

Following 'repair', car was unsafe to drive
17 June 2025 my Audi Q3 was involved in an accident
Allianz arranged for my car to be repaired by ABL Portsmouth
7 July car returned to me. Steering column still making scraping/grating noise.
Audi say my car not safe to drive
Contact ABL, no response. I am leaving on 2,000 journey so I pay nearly £3,500 for repair.
I have contacted ABL continuously. ABL asked for the report and invoice from Audi (which I sent).
Since when, I have heard nothing from ABL and I am seriously out of pocket

Worst Banking services ever. Customer support is useless. Mobile app is not working properly. Staff of branch is not cooperative. They deserve less than zero rating in most fields of banking services. I am using other banks with great experience including (Alfalah and Meezan)

I have heard good reports of ABL. The first person who collected my car and delivered the courtesy car was very helpful and clearly enjoyed his job.
The person who returned my vehicle left it parked with the tyres pressed into the kerb.
There was bird poo over the rear of the car on the window and the rear lights.
The inside of the car was left very smelly.
Plus the person was not very friendly although he did say Thankyou have a good day when he left.

Contacted the company requesting help to stop smoking. A call was arranged and I changed my plans so I could take the call. They never did call me and no messages either.

One of the worst banking app as compared to their counterparts. Most of the time not receiving one time password timely and sometimes can not make the transaction without any reason whilist u can do the same transaction through other banking apps without a hassle. Worst worst worst
