I received a phone call this morning from Ivan Silvester as my house insurance is due for renewal. From the very onset he was professional and charming. He explained everything clearly and the whole telephone experience was excellent. He is an asset to the company.

Quick response but different non refundable amounts quoted in 2 documents from same email. Obviously they charged the most!
