I have just been the sad recipient of the worst and rudest, arrogant customer service for as many years as I can remember from two young ladies in the pharmacy department. Unhelpful, unfriendly, arrogant. Really unpleasant. I would avoid this shop at all costs. I went to Savers straight afterwards and greeted with a friendly smile and excellent service from two staff members that gave a damn. Boots staff showed a shocking display of all that is wrong with customer service in many stores. No wonder they are in a crisis on the high street.

In 2014/15 we had our loft & living done, they were quick, & tidy. But mostly there were late, but they did a good job. But later in the years, they became difficult to get hold of. I recommend them to other people, but they never returned anyone calls. I hope they are still in business, but they were good at the time we had work done with them.
