I have been a customer of Abacus for the last 3 years here in Ascot. On several occasions they have purported to have cleaned my windows and reminded me to pay but have not been anywhere near the property. The last visit on 20th November they completely neglected to clean one of our main velux windows (they have always cleaned it in the past) so I sent them a picture of it and asked if it could be done and/or a solution found to cleaning it (if their equipment no longer reached) to which I still have had no reply. They msg me today to say the cost of cleaning my windows was going up too…no thanks! Bye!

Have to say I was vert disappointed. Was told they would be left streak free but left with water marks and one even though done twice is still dirty. Wanted to come out to rectify I said no, so they tried to be a little funny about a contract which by the way you don't sign. I paid but don't recommend

Abacus window cleaning are amazing, so thorough, leaving sparkling windows every time they come. The staff are so polite and a joy to meet, would certainly recommend to anyone.

Sid did an excellent job cleaning my windows. He had finished when I arrived home and was ready to leave. I asked if he could remove a lump of moss from a velux window which was not visible from the outside but clearly visible from the inside. He did this cheerfully.

Had Callum from Abacus clean my windows and clear my gutters to a excellent standard, he was very friendly and explained the process in full .
What I found most pleasing was that Callum spent the time to do both jobs throughly and unlike other companies i've used that come with the bish bash bosch attitude and gone in 5 mins !!
Any job done fast is just a poor quality job that's disappointing.

Had our gutters cleared recently, they were causing issues when there was downpours. Tom arrived on the time we requested and was very helpful and informative about the process. Gutters are now cleared and our issues have been resolved. Would highly reccomend

We have used Abacus Window Cleaning for a long time. They provide an excellent service. They text the day before to let you know they are coming. Windows always look great and if you have any issues they are always sorted out. Very good customer service too.

first of all they did not turn up on Tuesday when it was booked in. sent a text at 4.30pm to say sorry they would rebook.
arrived today to clean windows. left water drips all over the windows. Did not do the outhouse even though this is on sheet to be done.
broke my washing line which i did not notice until after he had gone. He didn't tell me and my washing was on it.
when i rung they said they would get him back out. i declined and have asked them to take me off their books. very disappointed
