Obtained 3 10ml bottles, censored, censored elixir and supanova. Stickers were hanging off all 3 bottles, none of them smelt like the notes and reviews say. Feels like I got the right stickers but wrong bottles. Supanova, absolutely no smell of pineapple and furthest thing from creed. Censored just smells of insence/ woody, absolutely no sweet smell! Was looking forward to them, but will not wear them and would not recommend to anyone.

I’m not sure what makes Aaron more of a genius, his amazing perfumery skills, or his ability to recruit amazing customer services people! just Like the fragrances, the service is unrivalled!

Such attention to detail and they are using high quality materials.

Great experience as always. Had an issue where the (very fancy) lacquered box for Noir Elixir was damaged in transit. The team arranged for a new one to be sent out asap with no quibbles. Love that they always use T24 and dispatch quickly so usually it’s next day delivery.

In terms of the fragrances, hit and miss for me, some I absolutely hate and some I absolutely love. All the fruity synthetic stuff doesn’t do it for me, but I think the darker stuff is where Aaron shines- Unicorn, Oud Elixir, Noir Elixir, Oud Noir, Noir etc.

The fake “Out of stock” for everything and dropping @ 6pm Friday is silly, trying to create the illusion of extreme demand, however clearly works on a lot of people!

Love the fact that you can get 10ml’s and they’re the same price per ml as the big bottles, which to be fair is the only reason I’ve tried/got so many. Wish other houses would adopt this strategy.

Absolutely great experience with ATH. So many times you click on a Customer Service link and are lucky if you get a response within a couple of days. Their customer service team went back and forth with me for weeks (thanks ou Elle!!) to help time a shipment during my visit to London. Extremely helpful and responsive. I can’t say enough. And to make a great situation even better, the product is spectacular. ATH is immediately my favorite fragrance house. They don’t miss!!

Fantastic company. Placed over 10 orders and always amazing service. Brilliant fragrancies and amazing options. Wish that they were better at stock as no need to be so low all of the time. Amazing a quality also.

I love all the fragrances that i have bought from this house & i think its because he builds the scent profile differently more eastern & powerhouses.
Also Aaron feels like a normal guy on his YT channel & comes across as genuine & very honest.
Only downside of his creations are the vulgar names he chooses to name some of them.
I don’t get that!🙈

I’ve placed many (many!) orders with Aaron Terence Hughes and I have not had a bad experience - communication is frequent, shipping is quick, and the fragrances are amazing. The only time I ran into an issue it was addressed quickly and with grace. Fantastic experience all around.

First of all ATH knows what he’s doing with quality materials used frags for all occasions and price points, longevity and sillage are always way above average when compared to other large Niche brands. All round you can’t go wrong. The customer service is easily 10/10, communication is great, and also for rewarding loyalty. Top Fragrances for me are Icon (anytime anywhere) Maverick fresh and gourmand (very versatile and office friendly) Notorious fruity spicy gourmand anytime anywhere (other than the beach) but also makes you feel good. My partners favourites are Red Fever and Addicted they are her most worn. I attended the VIP event recently which was fascinating and great to see the people behind the brand at all levels. Final thought is that it makes me very proud to be British, as this is a British based house producing quality well thought out fragrances for everyone who likes to smell good.

Almost every fragrance i have purchased is amazing .strangers always ask what it is and love telling them about this brand.Love the fact you get a tester of somthing you haven,t tried and then purchase the full size .Great value and no ptoblem with delivery .Keep up the good work guy,s .

It was changed and sorted promptly by Elle! She was a pleasure to deal with! And I can’t recommend the fragrances enough! Perfection.

The customer service was exceptional, with a response time no more than one business day, often faster. They accommodated my special request and made it reality. I am thoroughly satisfied. The perfumes are of outstanding quality and truly remarkable.

I have been a fan of ATH for quite awhile. His fragrances are nothing short of remarkable and quite popular. Due to their popularity, they can sell out quite quickly. Despite the popularity, I have been able to get more than my fair share from ATH which is based in the UK. I'm in Baltimore, Maryland in the US and getting the fragrances directly from the house has been a breeze. They were able to assist with setting up beyond reasonable international shipping. When the fragrances arrive, the presentation and scents are ready to shine right out of the box. I couldn't recommend exploring this brand enough. Everything from the service, responsiveness, and product have far exceeded my expectations.

I finally bit the bullet after hearing so much about the brand and regret not doing so either. Supersonic was the pineapple DNA I've been looking for and a compliment magnet at work. Hard Candy elixir is heavenly and will make others melt/weak in the knee.

But besides the scents, their customer service is really exceptional. Without getting into too much detail, they went above and beyond for me & you can genuinely tell how much your satisfaction means to them and how much they value their customers.

Now I'm just waiting for the next drop to stock up!

I bought 3 perfumes from the brand Supersonic, midnight fever and Aura New .....Very artistic and solid perfumes....

So first I want to say something about the fragrances of ATH. They just have fantastic scents, the longevity and sillage are extraordinary and I appreciate the high concentration of oil.

And now about the customer service, I was communicating a lot in the past with the ATH Support and they always replied fast and kind. Just recently I made a fantastic experience with them. They helped me out with a bigger problem that I had with my shipment and they provided fantastic support and took care of everything that I needed, one of the best customer service experiences I had so far.
