I have purchased 9 purses from them. Great quality. One was pissing a hang tag. Trying to communicate with them over an incomplete order. I will not buy from them again. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I ordered an LV bag just to see what the quality would be like — and honestly, I’m super impressed. The stitching is clean, the material feels solid, and it looks nearly identical to the real thing. Shipping took a little over two weeks, but it was worth the wait.

SCAM. I ordered my bag on May 9th, no tracking number provided, no response to WhatsApp messages or emails. Just disappeared with my money.
Edit: company has contacted me and refunded the money. They said the bag was lost by logistics company.

I purchased a bag on April 23, 2025. Shipped on April 29th. The last tracking was on May 14th and it hasn’t moved since. I have sent MULTIPLE emails to the seller with no response. Buyer beware they will scam you and never respond. I’m out almost $200 and should have known better.

On March 24, 2025 I was sent an invalid Order ID #304651 that's not found in your system.

I Sent multiple emails and whatsapp messages / calls to 861992395901
Also, I sent money messages and emailed Ceng Xiang at 8618275514128 (not in service),

The PayPal transaction ID#5BX8077322850951R for the amount of $238.00.

I couldn't get a response from anyone until I made this public review! this scam has been reported to my financial institutions.

I have purchased several bags from them. I was nervous at first. They came, GREAT quality, and on time. I recently (in November late) ordered 2 purses. They got lost in the mail (customs) Fast forward, they changed their website and it deleted account info. I imagine because they are monitored on a regular basis by customs, or someone else. I started communicating with them really mad. Then, I changed my approach and gave CS some grace, and the response was very positive. They resent the bags, and I received them in FOUR days via FEDEX. I was communicating via WhatsApp. I also looked up time in Hong Kong and compared it to CST. The customer service team is overwhelmed, especially since the new site. I acknowledged that and they were extremely attentive. Are they a scam, NO. Is it a little nerve-wracking given the Hong Kong location. YES. I will use them again, and keep my fingers crossed.

I ordered a bag and was charged immediately now nothing. Their WhatsApp chat - no one is responding after multiple messages and the email address bounces back. This is a SCAM! I’ve tried emailing the name on the PayPal account and have heard nothing. Do not purchase from this company! Buyer beware!!

Edit as of 12/19 - I texted through What’s App and guess what - still no response. Nice that the company responds to make it look like they are trying to resolve it but they aren’t.

Ordered and paid for another bag on 22 December. Can’t send an email to the shop No reply on WhatsApp They have changed the name of the shop and when I registered as I couldn’t login there was no mention of my order Have had to contact PayPal to get my money back Very disappointed as it worked beautifully before
Left another message on WhatsApp to get a reply asking if i had paid How can they not know its paid when it’s in their account Are they scammers wouldn’t have said so but now am not too sure Customer service on whatsapp is awful

I am very pleased with the Costumer Service. They were very patient with my many inquiries about several styles. When I finally made the order, I received my bag in the time they told me. The quality of the bag is excellent. I will continue to purchase from this company.

I purchased two Louis Vuitton 55 Monogram Keepall
luggage from AAreplica. I have been very impressed with their quality in craftsmanship and also in materials used for my Louis Vuitton monogram pieces. There attention to detail and overall very difficult to tell apart from the authentic. I am very pleased!

They are horrible with customer service. It’s a nightmare. After discussing with some in detail (convo attached) they sent me the wrong size shoes. Instead of offering my money back or sending out my size they told me I had to pay to have the shoes returned (also in convo attached). I guess I can’t attach pictures. They are snakes and will take your money and send out a product you didn’t order. They will ask you to pay to have it returned and then will go as far as to keep that product and not send you anything in return. Keep your money and don’t send you your Product.

I had an amazing experience with Aareplica, they are really accomodating, they are really prompt in resolving problems, responding emails and delivering best quality products to their customers. I will rate their products 10/10. Quality of the shoe is the best which I ordered. I would recommend Aareplica for the top quality products.

Throughout the whole process the company was super professional, knowledgeable and responsive. I got my bag today and I absolutely love it. I will be purchasing from these guys again definitely.
