Aadi yoga school gave me best introduction to yoga and experiences beyond what I expected. What l was taught was what actually I had been looking for. Management at the school is best in handling the courses right from the beginning. They give special attention to your grievances and tries best to resolve it best. Specially, Mr. Nitshil ji prepares very delicious food , and I found all students really loving the food at Aadi yoga school. Perhaps, Aadi yoga school is the best Yoga school at Rishikesh, that's the reason I am already decided to join second time in the immediate next batch , and I am thankful to all respected teachers and the management at Aadi yoga school for giving me this opportunity.

The 3 days were very beautiful, I'm leaving feeling only positive vibes. The classes were a bit too advanced for my level, i did not participate to everything but this has mostly to do with me. The room, the yoga studio were beautiful and confortable. The food was more than expected and the staff absolutely lovely. Everyone is very nice and helpful and they took care of every little need or question that I had. I would definitely come back.

The teachers are experts and they're very good, each in his / her field.
the chef is wow, the food was super yummy.
the staff are very helpful and feels like a second family.

I am kunjan Mehta. My experience with the Aadi Yoga School has been fantastic. This is on par in every way, including food, lodging, information, support, and enjoyment. You will not feel as if you are not at home. The members of the aadi yoga school are all very humble and helpful. The teachers are well-versed in their subjects and strive to motivate us in each class. The best aspect of the menu, in terms of taste and quality, is the food.

I did 200 hrs YTTC with Aadi Yoga School and I thoroughly enjoyed the course. The training is very professional and well- planned. The school is well- maintained, good food and offers you a great environment for self- growth. The teachers are experts and very down to earth people who do their best to teach you not only Hatha/Ashtanga Yoga, Yogic Anatomy, Pranayama, Meditation, etc. but also life lessons like being a compassionate person, having a positive and balanced outlook, being kind and friendly, self-reflection etc.
I completely recommend the course to everyone who are ready to start their life journey towards self-love, flexibility, inner- awareness, calmness, peace and also those who are ready to share the same with others too.

It was the greatest thing for me to do during the pandemic to take the online 200 hours YTTC from Aadi Yoga School. The School has incredible teachers and the training covers the whole curriculum of Asana, Anatomy and Physiology, Philosophy and Medication in the 200 hour program, much that I had never considered before. As a beginner, I wasn’t sure the online class would work for me. Amazingly, I learned so much in the month about yoga, and enjoyed the classes. I found the Aadi Yoga School’s online class was engaging and the classes were very intimate. Our yoga teacher, Amit ji, is very patient, warm, and encouraging. He paid attention to every student and helped us to do each asana correctly as well as challenge ourselves so we can become stronger and more flexible.

Aadi Yoga School is a hidden gem, it is the best yoga school with the best teachers. I highly recommend it to everyone who is interested in learning yoga.

Last year I took yoga teacher training from Aadi Yoga School Rishikesh.My experience was very good.The thing that I really liked the most was the location and the food.aadi yoga school is located right in front of the Ganga.everyday I have received the blessings of Maa Ganga. food was very pure and sattvik.
I would definitely like to mention that the teachers of Aadiyoga School are the best & very very very supportive and humble.I have made such a wonderful memories of my life in Aadiyoga School will never forget. I will definitely go back to Aadi Yoga School for my 300hr training.🙏

I had really great experience with Aadi yoga school. They have top notch instructors for all areas of yoga (Asana/Pranayama/Meditation), which are very hard to find these days. I felt very engaged as part of my 200 hours training, instructors paid great attention and helped the entire batch for improving yoga postures and teaching antient breathing techniques for building more awareness.
I strongly recommend them for 200 HR of teacher training and wish them all the best for continuing and building a strong helpful yogic community.

This place is all I could ask for when I decided to the 200hr TTC. A place is filled with amazing energy and spectacular guru’s who knows what is best is for the students.
I had great time taking up course with Aadi yoga school. The curriculum for this course is perfectly design for person who is new and wants to start their Teaching career in yoga. I am glad that i am part of the school which have everything.

Aadi Yoga teachers are really good , programs are planned followed promtptly , residential programs are great with good food accomodation and hospitality. online programs are also equally good.

My time at Aadi Yoga has been a truly memorable and bonding experience. The lessons were informative and the teaching staff were knowledgeable and professional. They were able to inject humour and liveliness in every session yet push my boundaries and help me grow stronger in my journey as a yoga teacher. I found the course excellent value for money. The accommodation is basic but clean and well maintained, staff were polite and helpful and the food was deliciously healthy.

It is been more than a week now since we completed the 200Hour YTTC with Aadi Yoga school and I have been keep postponing the review expecting when time pass by I might get more vocabulary to properly describe the deep gratitude in my heart to all the brilliant teachers, lovely Aadd Yoga School family. But the truth is my vocabulary didn’t grow, my appreciation doubled.

My thankfulness to Jai who patiently and kindly provided all the information I want to know when choosing the school, and later made all the memorable experience possible;
Specially thanks to all the Aadi staffs, the Aadi yoga family who took great care of all of us during training, Prashant Ji being the manager was basically trying everything possible to make our stay comfortable; Nitish Ji, the cutest and one of the best cook you may find in Rishikesh, in terms of Sattvic food, we were all in ecstasy when being in the dining area while tasting the Indian delicacy, and I was touched so much when they manage to cook separately for me to accommodate my special requirements.
My deep gratitude goes to all the incredibly excellent teachers, I bow down to Amit Sir for his humility and kindness, his intelligence to conduct the class in such a brilliant way so that students from different levels can be all perfectly benefited; I admire Anant Sir’s being extremely knowledgeable in Anatomy and his special talents to simplify all complicated things; All glories to Prashant Ji who was leading us Hatha and Aerial Yoga, he deeply touched all our hearts with his extreme patience, humility and kindness as well as seemed unlimited energy. My gratefulness goes to Deepa Mam for her caring and expertise in teaching Philosophy; And thank you Swami Ji for all the beautiful meditation sessions.

I loved the Aerial yoga course and the instructor Prashant is fabulous.. i pushed my body to new limits coz of him and the enthusiastic participants of the program have come away with wonderful memories and a renewed vigor to pursue Yoga. Rhe overall experience Philosophy, anatomy n meditation plus the stay and food only enhanced the experience

The classes were very easy to understand and always dependent on the level of the students, the food was delicious, my room and the school was absolutely delightful, and the company was lovely.
