Paid for parking at Heathrow but no one was there when I arrived I waited 45 minutes the driver went to the wrong terminal I was saved by another company who took my car and charged after I returned and dashed into the terminal to check in before flight closed. I had minutes to spare. 10 minutes later the driver called! I tried to get a refund but airport parking took no responsibility
I have not heard anything since.
This report is for order AZP 61885 at LHR T5 with Griffin parking. They are a scam company but A2Zairportparking takes the money and doesn’t give any customer service. I was told to contact Griffin who obviously don’t respond to anyone. I am out of pocket besides nearly missing my flight.

Booked a meet & greet at Gatwick from Ace which was very good and efficient and discounted price. Very pleased.

Very good service, fast and efficient. Will use again .

. Damaged our car refused to accept liability - even though employee stated they knew they had. Video confirms car was not damaged at drop off. Many angry customers at airport. Needs reporting to office of fair trading as they are anything but fair or honest. Anyone park a red car that was damaged at Heathrow in late March? We have your cars paint on our damage

AZP-62255 Subcontracted to EAP meet and greet. Lousy experience. Poor directions to 'greet' .Phone unavailable for pickup..was phoning police when eventual contact made. Car returned covered in bird droppings..45 m8ns late..never again !

We booked with A2Z Airport Parking, to collect our car from Heathrow Airport and return to us on our arrival back into UK .
There was no-one to meet us,on our return ,when we first phoned they first said they had lost the keys, then that we hadn't booked for collection, then a minivan was coming to collect us, then that they couldn't return car as drivers were not insured!! and so it went on. Eventually after 2.5 hours of waiting and approx 20 phone calls our car arrived to terminal 5.

Almost 2 hours after collecting our luggage we finally received our car. Filthy! Inside and out. Car mat covered in mud and exterior covered in tree sap and bird pooh! Company were eventually cancelling my calls!

I booked parking with A2Z parking flying from Gatwick. Went to call them 30 mins before we arrived at the carpark as it tells you to, 30 mins later and 15 phone calls and no one picking up the phone at 4am so we had to find additional parking. Luckily we got parked at purple parking. Will not be using A2Z parking again after this as traveling is stressful enough these days!

I don’t normally write reviews but I feel I have to this occasion. Firstly I had to pay to drop the car off when it clearly states on their web site and confirmation email its only on the return.
Secondly, when I called their office to raise my issue of having to pay on entry to the car park, the gentleman I spoke to was very unhelpful and started getting angry with me. His customer service skills were zero.
Thirdly on the return my car was filthy. There was also some money missing from inside the car, admittedly it does say don't leave valuables in the car.
Fourthly, when I called to collect my car the person I spoke to was very blunt on. Fifthly as I drove home I realised my dash cam had been turned off too. As I wasn't sure where they had parked my car I wanted to see, obviously they did not want me to.
Would I use this company again errr no, never !!

Don't bother. Disgusting company. Car damaged and filthy - they just say 'It's not us, you need to deal with XXX Company' and then don't respond. They're all in it together.
Don't be tempted by the prices, it's just not worth it. It's not even worth me including my reference number as I have so many - they close them if they bother responding.

Objectively the worst customer service we have ever experienced. A2Z car parking were responsible for sub-contracting services to One stop Parking limited at Heathrow Airport. While on holiday, One Stop crashed our car and left it to the police to remove and leave in a compound. Removal and remedial costs in excess of £1,500 which is unlikely to be covered by our own car insurance. Avoid this agent at all costs and do not be fooled by the rating provided above. The car parking provider is also insolvent.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Rude and obnoxious. Had to wait 20 minutes for them to answer the phone and they arrived only a further 35 minutes afterI was told we on our way. Will never use them again and WILL NOT recommend them to my enemy. With so many bad reviews something needs to be done. They should be reported to trading standards

My car is currently in a compound because they had an accident while driving it. I was out of the country at the time and now have to deal with the police and all sorts as apparently the driver fled from the scene. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Absolutely disgusting, they tried to steal my fuel, couldn't do it but they broke fuel tank filler neck,

Some firms recommended by this site are straight up criminals. Be careful if you book - because A2Z will recommend crooks and then have no interest in helping you. AVOID KANGAROO PARKING LIKE THE PLAGUE! WE ARE REPORTING THEM TO THE POLICE. They damaged our car - front and back. They stole the spare wheel. They then tried to lie about it and the driver ran away! They are refusing to give their insurance details - despite eventually admitting liability for the damage! The driver even said he was driving uninsured. THESE ARE ALL CRIMES. We used them before - without incident. But if something goes wrong you are in real trouble! TOO RISKY - KEEP AWAY FROM THESE CRIMINALS.

Our experience was “Awful”. We are family four with 2 young age children. We have waited for an hour to pick-up from Heathrow airport. When they emailed us for customer Review; we filled it up but it was impossible to publish on their website. We are not happy at all!!! Everybody must know how awful this company is...Thank you trustpilot

If I could give zero stars I would. This company is a massive scam. They use a 3rd party vendor "247" at Luton. All involved are utterly useless & rude. Firstly I booked at the beginning of the year for a holiday in July that was cancelled due to Covid, they refused to let us move our parking to Aug and finally offered a £30 voucher after much back and forth. They didn't give us any instructions on how to find the meet and greet, apparently "due to a fault on their system" which is somehow my fault because they specify on the website if you don't receive it you as the customer are responsible. We spent 30 stressful mins trying to figure it out the morning of our flight whilst trying to contact them. Then a random number called me (their vendor) to give instructions on the phone, who upon meeting had no information of my booking (I showed him my receipt) and when I told him my return flight landed at 00.30 told me they are closed at that time. Then when I called A2Z on holiday, they said they had the wrong date for my return flight so i had to pay more money to change it. Was told they would pass all the relevant info including the time we land to the vendor. Wasn't the best experience up to this point but had faith it was all sorted. Upon landing we went to the meet & greet location and no-one knew where my car was or had any reference of my booking or even knew who A2Z Parking are. On showing them the mobile number that had called me previously, they figured out who it was - it turns out the staff there were an entirely different company to A2Z and their 3rd party vendor. Was told to call the vendor after they spoke to him briefly on the phone. He told me the same thing as before - that they are closed, don't work after midnight. Once I told him I had paid A2Z for this service and they knew my flight time he claimed I had put in the wrong time for pick up as he was expecting me in the afternoon. He later told me on the same phone call that he just had my keys but no info on time just the date 23 Aug. I have the messages from A2Z giving them my flight number and arrival time and they said they would let the vendor know. Had to convince the vendor to go to their compound to get my car. He said it might be blocked by other vehicles but I continued to demand he bring me my car as that is the service i had paid for. Also why do A2Z take the booking if the vendor is closed after midnight, even though he is called 247 PARKING and I have since checked, it is even advertised as open 24/7 when you book on A2Z website. He kept asking if I had paid A2Z because "they always do this, they always take bookings and we never get paid". He also asked me to sign something he could use to ensure he could get paid from A2Z. I told him I had two receipts for both payments and also my customer support correspondence with A2Z. After waiting for well over an hour in the cold, the vendor came speeding like crazy in my car through the car park straight past us (we wrongly assumed he would see us waiting at the meet and greet stand with 4 suitcases). He dumped my car at the end of the car park level, left it unlocked and disappeared. We managed to find him round the corner just as he was getting into the lift. The fact he was going to leave my car unlocked at 1.30am speaks volumes about the carelessness of both of these companies. Utterly disgraceful. Called A2Z today. The guy on the phone was just rude & dismissive. I asked for a refund which they are refusing based on the fact I "received the service". Called my experience a "story" and my "opinion which I am entitled to" and proceeded to try to tell me why I am wrong and this is somehow all my fault. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR WITH THESE PEOPLE, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. ITS SUCH A CON.
