Probably the worse company I have ever dealt with , it took 3 months for goods to arrive. When they did arrive the company promised me a full refund. Guess what didn’t arrive Very very poor

Besvarelse fra NinetyOne Moto Co.
Well this is not true is it Simon!
You left the incorrect address on your order when sent the order in the timeframe stated not our fault you left the incorrect address, Royal Mail also attempted a second delivery which you refused for some unknown reason! TRACKING INFORMATION SHOWS THIS as we had to contact Royal Mail and explain after a conversation with STEVE your son in law who’s works for Royal Mail!
Then a new kit was the sent to your son in law address as he stepped in to help correct YOUR mistake! & a full refund was issued even though we didn’t have to refund you as you did infact receive a kit ones we had corrected YOUR mistake
The period of time it took was the reason for the refund ( good will gesture) as we were awaiting to see if ROAYL MAIL actually returned the kit to use but that never happened this is why a new kit was sent you along with a refund.
Tracking & email information clearly showing all this information is available and you know this Simon! Should you wish to see all of this evidence please feel free to email us even though you already have all this information already!
So the worst company you even delt with?
Considering Steve your son in law had to step in for you to correct YOUR mistakes and finally we did get a kit to you along with a refund! So you did very little to actually help the situation at all, apart from leave the wrong address details & a poor review that is NOT TRUE!
So please don’t come at use for YOUR mistake in the first place! It was a good will gesture for us to refund you NOT your right to be refunded, if you did infact complete the details correctly on our website this issue would of never happened and ones finally corrected you received the kit - with extremely positive feedback from the rider
Top service and great quality!
Again had excellent service from the team at 91Moto - can highly recommend their custom kits! The material is great, comfy and good to ride in and the design was excellent and just how we wanted it.
