This is the first time i've used a proxy service to purchase merchandise. Honestly, it was so simple to use the website. I can see the tracking for each item, when it gets to their warehouse and when I can choose to have it shipped. Plus, when I received my package, it was well protected and wrapped up nicely. Totally recommend if anyone else wants to purchase from Mercari JP.

Prompt service and replies
Prompt service and replies. Reasonable platform/service fee. More affordable than Facebook live seller such as Japan Purchase - 日本包代购 who charges exorbitant fees for an item and the price of the items don't even include shipping fees.
