This company scams more players than most. And their customer service is the worse in Ontario. When presented with the problem of not being able to log in or get free spins I was told by email that they found no problem with a tournament. 2. In the last month, I have requested payouts from four bookmakers. Here's how quickly the money arrived:
a. S - within two minutes.
b. B - within two minutes.
c. 10 - within five minutes.
d. 888 - eight (yes, 8) banking days, i.e. almost two weeks!
3. Most of the links you will find to any form of customer service at the site are actually dead links.
4. If you ask for your account to be permanently closed (in order that you are NEVER tempted to use it again), even that will take at least two weeks.

I like many others have gone through temporary compulsive gambling.
I don't have a problem, it's not like I gamble frequently or regularly. But when I do gamble I tend to gamble a lot.
One night I was playing roulette on 888 casino.
I kept losing.
And when id lost id say triple my usual losses. Probably about £600.
888 reached out promptly and I had a conversation with a support agent about why I was gambling so much. I said I was chasing my losses.
They blocked me, refunded the money left in my account as well as accounts I didn't know id set up years before.

Trying to speak to a real person is virtually impossible & when you do eventually get through, all they say is that they will send a message to the relevant department and you hear nothing back.
